The Caterpillar Essay
Caterpillars are innocent creatures that have inspired an author to write a piece about their daily life.
In the poem The Caterpillar by Anna Barbauld discusses two themes which are a realistic theme and
the hidden theme. Imagery helps with all the themes present in the poem. One example of imagery is
the silver line that streaks thy back (line 4). The Caterpillar talks about an insect that seems just like
any other insect but the way she writes about it is as if she is glorifying caterpillars. She talks of a
caterpillar as an innocent creature on this earth that can do no harm. The poem then discusses the
unnecessary killing of that innocence. Caterpillars mind their own business and do not mean to harm
anyone while trying to complete their metamorphosis or better known as the butterfly cycle. Killing an
innocent creature simply because they are pests is wrong, especially due to the issue that everything in
the natural world is interconnected. When killing creatures , humans are tampering with nature s
natural cycle because every animal has a specific spot on the food chain.
The upfront theme is the one that many may understand when they read the poem for the ... Show

It would be until later that she would be praised by a more recent society. One writer stated that
Barbauld provided an early nineteenth century retrospect of, mainly, the eighteenth century novel,
with an eye alert to what she calls the ordonnance of a novelist s plan, its architectural arrangement
and design (Tonner 172). Her works made people look at things differently; it showed aspirations to
realism and to morals. Barbauld focused on fiction writing while relating it back to the aesthetic
aspects of novels which many did not understand during her time. Her views on the plot of her books
and various essays are now praised while during her time was not. Morals compared to the real
situations in life is the summary of most of her

How Does Ty Use Intelligence In The Sniper
Your intelligence can help you in many different ways in your life for example you can get a better job
which can lead to many more things such as a bigger house etc. Both Ty and The sniper show
intelligence.Ty uses his intelligence for his business and The Sniper uses his intelligence for survival
in the Civil war.Ty and The Sniper are both the smartest people in the stories because they both use
their intelligence during the right time. In the story Street Pharm by Allison Van Diepen,Ty Johnson is
intelligent because he shows up to his classes and actually participates in class. One example that
shows Ty is intelligent is him and his partner Alyse got an A on their history project. This shows that
Ty is intelligent even when he didn t want to go he did got really good grades in his classes but his
favorite was history.Another example that shows Ty is intelligent is because he made the best
decisions for his business. For example he was gonna have Darkman killed by a hitman but instead of
wasting his time and money on a hitman he decided he was gonna have someone snitch on Darkman
during a drug deal. Not only is he smart in the classroom he is also smart about his business and his
decisions. This proves Ty Johnson is very intelligent.

The Role Of European Imperialism In Africa
Ever heard the saying big bank take little bank ? That s basically what imperialism is. Imperialism is a
policy which a strong nation take complete control over other countries . This is exactly what the
Europeans did in several different parts of Africa . Not only did the Europeans divided and colonized
Africa but they took everything away ,from their culture to their independence. Why take all this away
? It s simple , the Europeans nations was competing against each other and they thought they were
superior. They noticed Africa had many raw materials and resources they could use and benefit from.
The driving force for imperialism in Africa was economics , competition , and politics. In order for the
European nation to be advance

Gastroesophageal Reflux Research Paper
Gastroesophageal reflux What is Gastroesophageal reflux? Gastroesophageal reflux is a medical
condition characterized by reflux of acidic juices into the esophagus, resulting in symptoms of
regurgitation (sour taste in mouth) and reflux (burning in the chest). This is an extremely common
condition in the United States. Factors such as obesity, alcohol use, tobacco use, certain medications,
and various diets and lifestyle decisions increase your risk of developing gastroesophageal reflux.
Long term disease can lead to a precancerous condition called Barrett esophagus. Other serious
complications include esophageal adhesions, constrictions, and cancer. Some patients may ultimately
develop difficulty swallowing and weight loss which may ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
How common is gastroesophageal reflux? What are the symptoms and signs of gastroesophageal
reflux? How is gastroesophageal reflux diagnosed? How is gastroesophageal reflux treated? What
causes Gastroesophageal reflux? Gastroesophageal reflux is caused by the reflux of acidic juices from
the stomach into the esophagus. This results in irritation of the esophageal lining leading to chest
burning and discomfort. Acid can also reach the throat resulting in the sensation of a sour taste in the
mouth (regurgitation). Symptoms often occur after meals and may be associated other features of
dyspepsia such as bloating and mild abdominal discomfort. Long term inflammation in the lower
esophagus can lead to cellular changes that are precancerous if the problem is not corrected or
reversed Barrett esophagus. Eventually chronic irritation can lead to adenocarcinoma of the lower
esophagus. Conditions that lead to acid reflux generally occur as a result of abnormal anatomic or
pathophysiologic processes. Often times it is causes by increased intraabdominal pressure, which
facilitates acid backflow from the stomach to the esophagus. Some of these can include: Obesity

Using Secondary Data Collected From Online Sources Essay
3.0 Methodology
The paper uses a comparative case analysis through the use of secondary data collected from online
sources. Some of the data include news, books, organisational and football club website.
3.1 Comparative Case Study
A comparative case study is an in depth investigation of a person, group, institution or phenomena
through comparison with another . The paper will do a comparative case study of FC Barcelona with
the leading clubs in terms of revenue generation, namely Real Madrid and Manchester United which
comes third. As of 2016, the Real Madrid was the leading club worldwide in terms of revenue
generation followed by Barcelona and Manchester United 2. Figure 5 shows the similarities and
differences in approaches of making money by the three clubs.
Based on Figure 7, there three leading clubs in terms of revenue share a lot of similarities in their
revenue streams. The only major difference that can explain the reason why Real Madrid and
Barcelona are always at the top is that two clubs are owned by their supporters and not stakeholders,
hence, are not subject to the strict regulations of the stock market. This means that the clubs are not
affected by takeover threats or debt levels something that is crucial for public companies.
Manchester United is a publicly listed company and is keen on attaining stakeholder interests. The
drawback with this is that the largest shareholder[s] provide the direction of the club even if it is not
the right choice. The

The Single Most Important Argument As Regards To Hobbes’
The single most important argument as regards to Hobbes conception of human nature is that of its
pessimism, as it is this pessimistic view that brings Hobbes to his conclusion that the state of nature is
as objectionable as his view describes it to us. Hobbes argues that every man is characterised by his
view that, despite a few who, through mutual recognition or admiration, he believes to be his equal, he
is endowed most liberally with the faculty of wisdom. In this way, contends Hobbes, all men are equal
in that they all believe the same of themselves, and thus, their equal stature fosters an equality in
desires and their ability, in their own minds, to realise them. The result of this is that where men desire
what they cannot both ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
And consequently among men , he contends, there ariseth on that ground, envy, hatred, and finally
war; but amongst these [ants and bees] not so. It is therefore on three main grounds that men disagree
competition , diffidence , and glory , and it is the resultant self interested acts of men that set out the
foundations upon which Hobbes vision of the state of nature is constructed. Hobbes state of nature,
therefore, is one that is as equally pessimistic as his view of human nature. The state of nature, for
Hobbes, is that of anarchy, in the sense that there is no over arching power to constrain the actions of
men, and is one in which there are limited resources. Man is thus driven by his desires as described
above, and in that all men are essentially free, pursues them forsaking all others. As resources are
limited, and all men have the same essential desires, not everyone has the ability to realise these
desires. The result of this is a state which Hobbes calls war of every man against every man . Hobbes
can be no plainer in his explanation than with the following: At this time, he says, there is continual
fear, and danger of violent death; and the life of man is solitary, poor, nasty, brutish and short .
Consequently, as a product of the state of war against all and man s need to use all he can in order to
guarantee his conservation, it

I remember when visuals were used to represent psychiatric treatment consisted of a man wearing
black horn rimmed glasses, sitting in a high back arm chair, with a pen and tablet in his hands to take
notes on the session with the June Cleaver looking woman laying on :the couch, a small wind up clock
sitting on a table in front of them, the hour ticking away. Today, treatment for mental disorders come
in the shape of a magic bullet, for many this is the first and only psychiatric treatment used. The days
of couch therapy are long gone. What is seen today is the indiscriminate use of psychoactive drugs,
driven largely by the machinations of the pharmaceutical industry:
Psychiatry once subscribed to the Freudian view that mental illness came from roots in unconscious
conflicts (usually appearing in adolescence) that affected the mind as though it were separate from the
brain. With the introduction of psychoactive drugs in the 1950s, and sharply accelerating in the 1980s,
it was then that the psychiatric focus shifted to the brain. Psychiatrists began to refer to themselves as
psycho pharmacologists, and became far less interested in exploring the life stories of their patients
and more interested in treating their patients with drugs. The psychiatric profession became optimistic
that the use of psychoactive drugs would be beneficial with the new biological model that psychiatry
adopted. Their optimism began to fade as serious side effects of the drugs

Supernova In The Milky Way
Have you ever seen a supernova in person, if not not it was probably because Supernovas are difficult
to see in our own Milky Way galaxy because of dust blocking our view. Supernovas are 33 light years
away. A website called eartsky.org stated there might be one dangerous supernova event in Earth s
vicinity every 15 million years . Another says, that, on average, a supernova explosion occurs within
10 parsecs (33 light years) of the Earth every 240 million years.
Only three Milky Way naked eye supernova events have been observed during the last thousand years,
though many have been telescopically seen in other galaxies. The most recent directly observed
supernova in the Milky Way was Kepler s Star of 1604 (SN 1604), but remnants of two more recent
supernovae have been found retrospectively. Statistical observations of supernovae in other galaxies
suggest they should occur on average about three times every century in the Milky Way, and that any
galactic supernova would almost certainly be observable in modern astronomical
equipment.Supernovas are often seen in other galaxies. A supernova is an Astronomical event that

Emily Dickinson Biography
Emily Dickinson, regarded as one of America s greatest poets, is also well known for her unusual life
of self imposed social seclusion. Living a life of simplicity and seclusion, she yet wrote poetry of great
power; questioning the nature of immortality and death. Her different lifestyle created an aura; often
romanticized, and frequently a source of interest and speculation. But ultimately Emily Dickinson is
remembered for her unique poetry. Within short, compact phrases she expressed far reaching ideas;
amidst paradox and uncertainty her poetry has an undeniable capacity to move and provoke.
Emily Dickinson grew up in a prominent and prosperous household in Amherst, Massachusetts. Along
with her younger sister Vinnie and older brother ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Dickinson neither completed many poems nor prepared them for publication. She wrote her drafts on
scraps of paper, grocery lists, and the backs of recipes and used envelopes. Early editors of her poems
took the liberty of making them more accessible to nineteenth century readers when several volumes
of selected poems were published in the 1890s. The poems were made to appear like traditional
nineteenth century verse by assigning them titles, rearranging their syntax, normalizing their grammar,
and regularizing their capitalizations. Instead of dashes editors used standard punctuation; instead of
the highly elliptical telegraphic lines so characteristic of her poems editors added articles,
conjunctions, and prepositions to make them more readable and in line with conventional
expectations. In addition, the poems were made more predictable by organizing them into categories
such friends, nature, love, and death. Not until 1955, when Thomas Johnson published Dickinson s
complete works in a form that attempted to be true to her manuscript versions, did readers have an
opportunity to see the full range of her style and themes.
Dickinson found irony, ambiguity, and paradox lurking in the simplest and commonest experiences.
The materials and subject matter of her poetry are quite conventional. Her poems are filled with
robins, bees, winter light, household

The Alumni Interview David Levithan Summary
Through the personal stories depicted in The Alumni Interview by David Levithan and The Vagina
Monologues, the authors reveal that societies built heteronormativity force people, especially women
and LGBT members, to suppress who they really are and hide their true identities, therefore, causing
them to experience traumatic and hurtful situations that should never happen in today s world. Thom

when he finds out that he is gay. Thom knows that his father is not a very accepting man, and because
Mr. Wright tries all the time to get Thom to date a girl, he knows his father will not accept him as he

Misplaced Government Spending Essay
Misplaced Government Spending
I am proud to say that I live in America, the land of opportunity. I am proud to live in one of the
richest countries in the world. I guess you could say that I am a proud American. What other
government has a national budget of $2 trillion? People say money can t buy happiness, but I disagree.
The reason people say money doesn?t buy happiness is because they are spending it on the wrong
things. Of the $2 trillion at the government?s disposal, $355.4 billion is spent on the military every
year. I know that our President must fight terrorism and wants to spend billions of dollars in order to
keep American citizens safe; however I don?t think that spending almost a billion dollars a day on
military defense is ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Which means that these sources are paying around $658.8 billion dollars a year and the federal
government contributes the other 10% (www.ed.gov). This includes expenditures not only from the
Department of Education, but also from other federal agencies, including the Department of Health
and Human Services Head Start program, which is a comprehensive child development program that
serves children from birth to age 5, pregnant women, and their families. They are child focused
programs and have the overall goal of increasing the school readiness of young children in low
income families (http://www2.acf.dhhs.gov/programs/hsb), and the Department of Agriculture s
School Lunch Program which provides nutritionally balanced, low cost or free lunches to more than
25 million students each school day (http://www.fns.usda.gov/cnd/Lunch/ default.htm). When these
are subtracted, the Department of Education is left with 6% of the total education spending. Which in
turn is $55.8 billion dollars and 2.7% of the federal government s budget of $2 trillion. Despite this
large amount of money spent on the American education system, it is still not a reflection its quality.
Perhaps if the government were to trim the fat on their national defense budget which will reach $451
billion by 2007, there might be hope for the education system in our country. Instead of spending

Therefore by looking at the observation through the 3 lenses we can also look at children s movements
from the interpersonal to the intrapersonal level of development within the child s zone of proximal
development (Edwards p 14). We can also observe how a more capable peer or an adult scaffolds a
child s learning through these observation.
By documenting Sara s learning journey we can assess and analyse her development through the 3
lenses and how the people involved and the environment play a very important part in scaffolding her
learning.
Through the 3 lenses we observed:
Personal: * Aalya is motivated and interested in learning more about the plants, as she initiates this
activity when she finds the magnifying glass. * She is actively engaged in exploring and investigating
the plants in her garden. * There are multiple perspectives, in natural science through the exploration
and discussion about living plants, and how Aalya relates her age to the number of beans she is putting
in the cup (mathematics).
Interpersonal: * There is a shared understanding between Aalya and Rehan about what they need to
grow plants. This is evident during their discussion and actions whilst planting seeds. * There are adult
and child interactions (parents and nanny with both Rehan and Aalya) and child to child interactions
(Rehan and Aalya discussing planting the seeds)

Why I Want To Understand The Brain By Anne Sexton
Sexton s poem allowed me to understand what it must feel like to live with a mental illness such as
depression. I was quite frightened to find that Sexton constantly wanted to kill herself. Her
confessional style of poetry allowed me to understand that this type of mental illness is a reality for
people. The way in which Anne Sexton describes her desire for death, allowed me to understand the
power depression held on her mind and body. The need to end her life must have meant that dying
outweighed any need to live. Anne Sexton had two children and I am shocked she would abandon
these two children for an escape from the world. I realised Sexton s drive to kill herself was greater
than the love for her own family. Even though it was selfish of

We Must Learn from the Holocaust
The holocaust is not only humanities darkest hour, but also one of the most educational experiences
that ever occurred. Failure is not something good, but you should always learn from it. This also
applies to the holocaust. The thing we should have known before the holocaust was that before
punishing someone, think of the choice they did or didn t have in the matter. The Germans failed to do
this when they brutally persecuted the jews. The people caught in the middle didn t realize that the
Germans were wrong in their persecution, and the jews actually forgave the children of the holocaust
because they were raised to only know one thing and didn t know that they had a choice. The Germans
were wrong in their persecution of the jews for many reasons. They didn t think about why they were
persecuting jews, who sometimes were only persecuted because someone in their family was a jew.
The Germans didn t even think about why they were taking land from other countries. People believed
that Hitler would honor his agreement not to take land from France, but He said the same thing about
Poland six months ago (page 43). This quote refrences an argument between Alfons and his mother in
the book Parrallell journeys. Alfons was a young kid who was loyal to hitler while many of his family
memebers were not. Alfons believed Hitler s every word, but his family could see the lies that he said.

Pablo Picasso Oil On Canvas Analysis
Pablo Picasso, Guernica, 1937, Oil on Canvas is an abstract painting showing the effects of military
and government and their people. The painting is non realistic but speaks to a theme of politics and
social order. Francisco de Goya, Executions on the Third of May, 1808, 1814 15 oil on canvas is a
stylized depiction of life during the invasion of Spain by Napoleon. Like the Picasso, this piece also
speaks to politics and social order. The line is the first noticeable difference in the two pieces. Picasso
uses very straight lines and geometric shapes, giving a feeling of end or absolution, while Goya has a
much more flowing line which lends to motion, and reality. Goya uses bright vibrant color to draw the
viewers eye the man with guns being panted at him and then to the red blood spread around below
him, while Picasso uses a gray scale and value allowing the mind to either fill in the color, or, as it
does for me, really combine it all like an explosion, and parts and pieces of each. The line and color in
Goya lends to a motion, a life, an intensity about the situation, where the lack of color, and fixed line
and geometric shape all seem stale and still. Picasso uses an implied triangle that is centered in his
piece giving me a feeling of the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Chinese communist party dominates state and society in China. Its power rest on four pillars: its
control of China s approximately 2.25 million person strong military, the People s liberation army, its
1.5 million person strong paramilitary forces, the people s armed police, and it s 800,000 other internal
security forces. The people s liberation army is not a national army belonging to the state. Rather it is
an armed wing of the communist party, with the party s exercise of absolute leadership over the
military. The national people s congress oversees the state council, as well as four other institutions:

The Conversion Process
Choosing a life lived in the light of a religious tradition means many things. To some, religion is an
invitation to become a part of a rich and storied tradition; to others, religion suggests a life dedicated
to significant time focused on contemplation, prayer, and personal reflection. As an individual matures
throughout her life, whether she has been raised with or in lack of a faith tradition, she may find it
does not suit the lifestyle she desires to live. In wake of this, a choice must be made: to find a religious
tradition that suits her needs, or live in the absence of religion. Often times, it is found that if an
individual was raised in an environment that stressed the importance of religion, it would be expected
that a life lived ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Using Resistant Soybean Cultivar And Crop Rotation
Soybean cyst management tactics include different method from place to place, but all have the
common method of using resistant soybean cultivar and crop rotation and these are found to be more
effective than others.(Niblack et al., 2003, Schmitt et al., 2004). Lotus japonicus is one of the
important model leguminous plant to study the interaction and compatibility of plant parasitic
nematode to cause infection (Lohar Bird, 2003). There are large number of resistant soybean cultivar
to SCN and most of the resistance is derived from the PI88788 and other PI548402 and PI437654 and
grower are also encouraged to do crop rotation along with the use of these cultivar because of
continues planting of the same variety supports the pathogen to changing the race for overcoming the
resistance (Niblack, 2005, Tylka Mullaney, 2002). Only occasional planting of SCN resistant without
any rotation allow to reproduce aggressively in resistant line because of selection pressure allowing
changing the race to overcome resistance (Young, 1998, Young Hartwig, 1988, Young, 1984) Annual
ryegrass, Lolium multiflorum residue is found to be effective to reduce the H. glycines population by
increasing the hatching of eggs of nematode in the absence of host and depletion of lipid reserved in
juvenile and decreases the parasitism of the pathogen. (Riga et al., 2001, Mock et al., 2009) Rotation

Critical Analysis Of Lapis Lazuli
Lapis Lazuli is a kind of a precious blue stone. (Marc 1998) Lapis Lazuli referred to in this poem was
given to Yeats on his seventieth birthday (as a present) by Mr. Harry Clifton. In this essay I am going
to critically analyse this poem in relation to its context. This means that in relation to time and place. I
will then conclude by commenting on the language aspects and give an account as to why he chose to
use certain conventions and words.
In discussing the relationship between art and politics For everybody knows or else should know that
if nothing drastic is done, aeroplane and zeppelin will come out. Pitch like king billy bomb balls in
until the town lie beaten flat Marc (1998) articulates that this poem opens up with a description of the
fear of war, and panic that caught Europe during the period 1935 1939. He further observed that this
was the time of deep despair. This means that one grew up for the foreknowledge that war more
dangerous than the first one was possible. Lines of extreme fear and violence were growing and
people were shaking with fear of air raids, and raining incendiary bombs in cities and citizens.
The main purpose of this poem is to critically reflect on human ... Show more content on

interpersonal relationships. It is believed to have evolved more than seven million years ago which is
certainly before the speech was conceived. There are many theories to explain laughter. However, it
has been concluded that it was a form of communication. Its importance as a social signal is certainly
universally accepted. Laughing styles, however, vary with individual s sex and nationality. It is used to
fill conversational pauses and ultimately regulates flow. It has health benefits to the person producing
it. Increased laughter increases heart rate, oxygen consumption and respiratory rate which lead to

they own. In addition, the executive chairman of The Brick is anticipated to join Leon s board of
directors (Knell). Like any other new coworkers that come to the company, they might encounter
arguments or disagreements. However, if both companies work together in a positive manner,
they may earn more net income combined. Hence, this will turn the negative into a positive
impact for both companies. Leon s corporate and franchise stores had combined sales of
C$879.6 million and The Brick had corporate and franchise sales of C1.54 billion (Knell). This
shows that the sales volume of The Brick is actually greater than its new owner, Leon s. This can
impact Leon s in a positive way because the revenue from The Brick will be added onto their
own revenue since they are now a combined company. The most important thing to take into
consideration is that buying out The Brick, Leon s will have one less competitor in the furniture
industry. All of the above will lead to increase in total revenue and net income for Leon s
furniture.

Routing Protocols in Mobile Ad-hoc Networks
Literature survey
Routing Protocols in MANET s
Mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) are characterized as networks without any physical connections.
In these networks there is no fixed topology due to the mobility of nodes, interference, multipath
propagation and path loss. Hence a dynamic routing protocol is needed for these networks to function
properly. Many Routing protocols have been developed for accomplishing this task. MANET routing
protocols can be categorized as Proactive or Table driven Routing Protocols Reactive or On Demand
routing protocols and Hybrid routing protocols. This paper presents the three types of routing
protocols in MANET and makes a comparative discussion of the features of each type of that routing
protocol.
Routing In Manet All the routing concept basically involves, two activities: firstly, determining
optimal routing paths and secondly, transferring the information groups (called packets) through an
internetwork. Since the topology of the network is constantly changing, the issue of routing packets
between any pair of nodes becomes a challenging task. Most protocols should be based on reactive
routing instead of proactive. Multi cast routing is another challenge because the multi cast tree is no
longer static due to the random movement of nodes within the network. Routes between nodes may
potentially contain multiple hops, which is more complex than the single hop communication.
Portable impromptu systems (MANET) are described as systems

Yet, A Reading Of Deleuze’S Concept Of ‘Becomings’ Enable
Yet, a reading of Deleuze s concept of becomings enable to approach the transitions from girl to
woman as discontinuous. Opposed to a measured linear unfolding and the idea of moving forward
evolution, it ought to capture the movement and doing of subjectivity as always in process. The
movement is thus rhizomatic, separated in multiple directions, thus divorcing the established idea of
linear transition. Feminine adolescence is not a transition from one state to another but a contingent
and in some senses reversible movement. Becomings therefore disrupt the public imagined
temporality which consider the innocent girl to slowly transform into an experienced sexual woman. It
also conceptualized these anti linear and sometimes queer ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
During this time, the young female leans between two polarized state: maturity and innocence. She
experiences biological changes, inducing the maturation of her body with notably the swelling of hips
and breast. This inevitable natural episode induces girls to prevailing female representation as she
enters the stage of to be looked at ness . On the other hand, despite their womanly body, for their
young age, the girls remain childlike minded which promises the men dominancy to remain
unchallenged (American Girl 1999, Lolita). However, this liminality, innocence and experience,
endangers the stability of the established patriarchal structure. This figure simultaneously intrigues
and derange: her newly acquired sexual power represents a threat for the society as she can use her
body for disobedient purposes. This anxiety around teenage girls has been greatly expressed in
American teen girl narratives (Lolita, American Girl). Tomboy as a threat but rather seem to blurry the
line between binary genders. Another famous symbol of young girl lie in the archetype of the tomboy.
Opposed to the Lolita, this young girl with her boyish style conforms more to the public imaginary of
little boy than to the little girl one. Androgyny, involvement in activities traditionally meant for boys ,
omission of femininity; tomboyism generally describes an extended childhood period of

Grumpy Duramy Short Story
Long, long ago, in the mystical kingdom of Muampa, there lived a rather crotchety egg who wasn t
typically sunny side up. Back then, this ill tempered egg went by the name of Grumpy Dumpty. For
twelve days and twelve nights, the joyous people of Muampa were miserable. The villagers had asked
Grumpy dumpty to stop, but all he did was egg nore them.
Oh Grumpy, don t be such a dull egg and turn that frown upside down, little Hope pleaded.
Quit your begging little girl. Nothing you say or do will ever change the way I am. This disturbing
kingdom is too jubilant. You ll see, one day I will have my chance to get off this wall and rue the day!
Grumpy Dumpty heartlessly said to the innocent child.
Hope sadly stomped off to the king s court to report this horrifying incident.
Oh please, oh please!! There has to be something you can do. That unegg ceptional egg is trying to
turn this kingdom into an incredibly gloomy place. We can t let this happen. We just can t!! Hope said
with a deep sob.
The king s men stared at each other in confusion.
Well, I have never heard of this so called Grumpy Dumpty character. I have heard of Humpty Dumpty,
but we are not living in a fairytale world. It would make no sense for him to egg ist, said old Joe.
Oh come on! You have to believe me! cried little Hope.

Hacking Lockheed Martin Coop
Lockheed Martin Corp (LMT) hacking This is a renowned USA government information technology
service provider yet it suffered a serious attack on its database that the management termed as
significant and tenacious (Daily Tech, 2011). This attack was majorly directed towards the enormous
Gaithersburg, Maryland center that is located close to the headquarters of the company in Bethesda.
The attack included the theft of customer information that would be used to manipulate the WoW
accounts. The nature of the attack was such that the hackers took advantage of the Virtual Private
Network (VPN) access system that makes it possible for clients to log in remotely through the use of
their RSA SecurID hardware tokens. These attackers are said to possess the seeds factory encoded
random keys that were used by the Lockheed s SecurID hardware fobs, they also possessed the serial
numbers and the algorithm that is used to secure the devices making it possible to hack into the system
and obtain the customer information from the system. It is the responsibility of the management to
hold secure the data and information that they hold on behalf of the clients that they host. This attack
was particularly worrying since the corporation is entrusted with highly sensitive government data and
the wealth of the American government military information which it should protect from intrusion
from external sources. There are also valuable projects for the organization that it protects like

  • 2. The Caterpillar Essay Caterpillars are innocent creatures that have inspired an author to write a piece about their daily life. In the poem The Caterpillar by Anna Barbauld discusses two themes which are a realistic theme and the hidden theme. Imagery helps with all the themes present in the poem. One example of imagery is the silver line that streaks thy back (line 4). The Caterpillar talks about an insect that seems just like any other insect but the way she writes about it is as if she is glorifying caterpillars. She talks of a caterpillar as an innocent creature on this earth that can do no harm. The poem then discusses the unnecessary killing of that innocence. Caterpillars mind their own business and do not mean to harm anyone while trying to complete their metamorphosis or better known as the butterfly cycle. Killing an innocent creature simply because they are pests is wrong, especially due to the issue that everything in the natural world is interconnected. When killing creatures , humans are tampering with nature s natural cycle because every animal has a specific spot on the food chain. The upfront theme is the one that many may understand when they read the poem for the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Her works made people look at things differently; it showed aspirations to realism and to morals. The paper will do a comparative case study of FC Barcelona with the leading clubs in terms of revenue generation, namely Real Madrid and Manchester United which comes third. As of 2016, the Real Madrid was the leading club worldwide in terms of revenue generation followed by Barcelona and Manchester United 2. Figure 5 shows the similarities and differences in approaches of making money by the three clubs. Based on Figure 7, there three leading clubs in terms of revenue share a lot of similarities in their revenue streams. The only major difference that can explain the reason why Real Madrid and Barcelona are always at the top is that two clubs are owned by their supporters and not stakeholders, hence, are not subject to the strict regulations of the stock market. This means that the clubs are not affected by takeover threats or debt levels something that is crucial for public companies. Manchester United is a publicly listed company and is keen on attaining stakeholder interests. • 7. The Single Most Important Argument As Regards To Hobbes’ The single most important argument as regards to Hobbes conception of human nature is that of its pessimism, as it is this pessimistic view that brings Hobbes to his conclusion that the state of nature is as objectionable as his view describes it to us. Hobbes argues that every man is characterised by his view that, despite a few who, through mutual recognition or admiration, he believes to be his equal, he is endowed most liberally with the faculty of wisdom. In this way, contends Hobbes, all men are equal in that they all believe the same of themselves, and thus, their equal stature fosters an equality in desires and their ability, in their own minds, to realise them. The result of this is that where men desire what they cannot both ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... And consequently among men , he contends, there ariseth on that ground, envy, hatred, and finally war; but amongst these [ants and bees] not so. It is therefore on three main grounds that men disagree competition , diffidence , and glory , and it is the resultant self interested acts of men that set out the foundations upon which Hobbes vision of the state of nature is constructed. Hobbes state of nature, therefore, is one that is as equally pessimistic as his view of human nature. The state of nature, for Hobbes, is that of anarchy, in the sense that there is no over arching power to constrain the actions of men, and is one in which there are limited resources. Man is thus driven by his desires as described above, and in that all men are essentially free, pursues them forsaking all others. As resources are limited, and all men have the same essential desires, not everyone has the ability to realise these desires. The result of this is a state which Hobbes calls war of every man against every man . Hobbes can be no plainer in his explanation than with the following: At this time, he says, there is continual fear, and danger of violent death; and the life of man is solitary, poor, nasty, brutish and short . Consequently, as a product of the state of war against all and man s need to use all he can in order to guarantee his conservation, it ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

With the introduction of psychoactive drugs in the 1950s, and sharply accelerating in the 1980s, it was then that the psychiatric focus shifted to the brain. Psychiatrists began to refer to themselves as psycho pharmacologists, and became far less interested in exploring the life stories of their patients and more interested in treating their patients with drugs. Dickinson neither completed many poems nor prepared them for publication. She wrote her drafts on scraps of paper, grocery lists, and the backs of recipes and used envelopes. Early editors of her poems took the liberty of making them more accessible to nineteenth century readers when several volumes of selected poems were published in the 1890s. The poems were made to appear like traditional nineteenth century verse by assigning them titles, rearranging their syntax, normalizing their grammar, and regularizing their capitalizations. Instead of dashes editors used standard punctuation; instead of the highly elliptical telegraphic lines so characteristic of her poems editors added articles, conjunctions, and prepositions to make them more readable and in line with conventional expectations. In addition, the poems were made more predictable by organizing them into categories such friends, nature, love, and death. Not until 1955, when Thomas Johnson published Dickinson s complete works in a form that attempted to be true to her manuscript versions, did readers have an opportunity to see the full range of her style and themes. Dickinson found irony, ambiguity, and paradox lurking in the simplest and commonest experiences. The materials and subject matter of her poetry are quite conventional. Failure is not something good, but you should always learn from it. This also applies to the holocaust. The thing we should have known before the holocaust was that before punishing someone, think of the choice they did or didn t have in the matter. The Germans failed to do this when they brutally persecuted the jews. The people caught in the middle didn t realize that the Germans were wrong in their persecution, and the jews actually forgave the children of the holocaust because they were raised to only know one thing and didn t know that they had a choice. The Germans were wrong in their persecution of the jews for many reasons. Using Resistant Soybean Cultivar And Crop Rotation Soybean cyst management tactics include different method from place to place, but all have the common method of using resistant soybean cultivar and crop rotation and these are found to be more effective than others.(Niblack et al., 2003, Schmitt et al., 2004). Lotus japonicus is one of the important model leguminous plant to study the interaction and compatibility of plant parasitic nematode to cause infection (Lohar Bird, 2003). There are large number of resistant soybean cultivar to SCN and most of the resistance is derived from the PI88788 and other PI548402 and PI437654 and grower are also encouraged to do crop rotation along with the use of these cultivar because of continues planting of the same variety supports the pathogen to changing the race for overcoming the resistance (Niblack, 2005, Tylka Mullaney, 2002). Only occasional planting of SCN resistant without any rotation allow to reproduce aggressively in resistant line because of selection pressure allowing changing the race to overcome resistance (Young, 1998, Young Hartwig, 1988, Young, 1984) Annual ryegrass, Lolium multiflorum residue is found to be effective to reduce the H. glycines population by increasing the hatching of eggs of nematode in the absence of host and depletion of lipid reserved in juvenile and decreases the parasitism of the pathogen. • 29. Routing Protocols in Mobile Ad-hoc Networks Literature survey Routing Protocols in MANET s Mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) are characterized as networks without any physical connections. In these networks there is no fixed topology due to the mobility of nodes, interference, multipath propagation and path loss. Hence a dynamic routing protocol is needed for these networks to function properly. Many Routing protocols have been developed for accomplishing this task. MANET routing protocols can be categorized as Proactive or Table driven Routing Protocols Reactive or On Demand routing protocols and Hybrid routing protocols. This paper presents the three types of routing protocols in MANET and makes a comparative discussion of the features of each type of that routing protocol. Routing In Manet All the routing concept basically involves, two activities: firstly, determining optimal routing paths and secondly, transferring the information groups (called packets) through an internetwork. Since the topology of the network is constantly changing, the issue of routing packets between any pair of nodes becomes a challenging task. Most protocols should be based on reactive routing instead of proactive. Multi cast routing is another challenge because the multi cast tree is no longer static due to the random movement of nodes within the network. Routes between nodes may potentially contain multiple hops, which is more complex than the single hop communication. Portable impromptu systems (MANET) are described as systems ... Opposed to a measured linear unfolding and the idea of moving forward evolution, it ought to capture the movement and doing of subjectivity as always in process. The movement is thus rhizomatic, separated in multiple directions, thus divorcing the established idea of linear transition. Feminine adolescence is not a transition from one state to another but a contingent and in some senses reversible movement. Becomings therefore disrupt the public imagined temporality which consider the innocent girl to slowly transform into an experienced sexual woman. She experiences biological changes, inducing the maturation of her body with notably the swelling of hips and breast. On the other hand, despite their womanly body, for their young age, the girls remain childlike minded which promises the men dominancy to remain unchallenged (American Girl 1999, Lolita). However, this liminality, innocence and experience, endangers the stability of the established patriarchal structure. This figure simultaneously intrigues and derange: her newly acquired sexual power represents a threat for the society as she can use her body for disobedient purposes. This anxiety around teenage girls has been greatly expressed in American teen girl narratives (Lolita, American Girl). Tomboy as a threat but rather seem to blurry the line between binary genders. Hacking Lockheed Martin Coop Lockheed Martin Corp (LMT) hacking This is a renowned USA government information technology service provider yet it suffered a serious attack on its database that the management termed as significant and tenacious (Daily Tech, 2011). This attack was majorly directed towards the enormous Gaithersburg, Maryland center that is located close to the headquarters of the company in Bethesda. The attack included the theft of customer information that would be used to manipulate the WoW accounts. The nature of the attack was such that the hackers took advantage of the Virtual Private Network (VPN) access system that makes it possible for clients to log in remotely through the use of their RSA SecurID hardware tokens. These attackers are said to possess the seeds factory encoded random keys that were used by the Lockheed s SecurID hardware fobs, they also possessed the serial numbers and the algorithm that is used to secure the devices making it possible to hack into the system and obtain the customer information from the system. It is the responsibility of the management to hold secure the data and information that they hold on behalf of the clients that they host.
