2. What is our team safety philosophy? End your day in the same condition or better condition than you started. Know how to be safe through proper training. Keep your team mates safe.

3. Fooling around, practical jokes, running, or pushing are all safety violations. Do not use any tool until you have been trained on the operation of the tool. Tools must be used for the purposes in which they are intended. Uses other than the intended purpose are a safety violation. A clean workspace is a safe workspace. Be aware of your surroundings. 5. What is P.P.E P = Personal P = Protective E = Equipment Your PPE are the extra tools that are required to ensure your safety. When using the tools you need to fabricate and operate your robot always wear the proper PPE.

6. Clothing Protect your body – Don’t wear loose clothing when operating power tools or when working around moving parts.

7. Shoes Protect your feet & toes - Wear closed toe shoes and socks. Working with tools and metal greater than 1 pound require that your feet are protected.
