This risk assessment document consists of 4 sheets that identify potential hazards at the Georgian Theatre Royal and outline control measures to mitigate risks. Key hazards addressed include slips, trips, and falls; manual handling injuries; electrical safety issues; fire; lone working; hazardous substances; and lift misuse. Control measures for each hazard lower the likelihood and severity of risks. The assessment was completed by the Production Manager and copies were distributed to senior staff members and the file. The document will be revised annually or as needed.

manager’s mobile phone.
