5. Fall protection shall be provided(FBH with adequate anchoring provision.
6. Completely guard rail provided to the height working platform or any surface
opening.
7. Ensue ladder or scaffold stair case with hand railing access provide where
require.
8. Secure the necessary material at height and remove unwanted material from
height.
9. Good housekeeping maintain work place and access area.
10. All electrical connection shall be done by authorised electrician only.
11. Ensure the all power supply through 30 mA. ELCB/ RCCB.
12. All hand & power tools shall be secured on the working platform by using PP
rope to avoid any free fall, barricade the working the area
13. Remove all obstacles from pathway.
14. Stack the materials at designated work location to avoid slip, trip and fall.
15. Provide all mandatory PPE's before start the work.
16. Ensure the all power supply through 30 mA. ELCB/ RCCB.
17. All Power tools must be inspected and valid green inspection tag should be
provided.

7. Allow only authorized / trained person to work
8. Ensured work specific tool box talk/ training conducted.
9. Ensure the Green tag with valid inspection tag in all the power tools.
10. Ensure the Eye protection devices like Face Shield while cutting & Grinding
operation.
11. All power cable should be over headed & power tool should be double
insulated.
12. Ensure the power cable shall be routed through the insulated hook over.
13. Provide fire extinguisher at work location.
14. Ensure the all power supply through 30mA ELCB/RCCB.
15. Ensure Stacking of material no more then 1 meter.

installation.
4. Area shall be barricade to prevent the unauthorized entry.
5. Ensure that all the hand tools shall be secured while working at height.
6. Ensure all the frames has fixed with screw before completion and cross
checked.
7. Inspect the glass before moving to ensure no damage.
8. Use proper material handling technique.
9. Area to be inspected before fixing to avoid hitting of the glass with hard / sharp
objects.
10. Carry one piece of glass at a time
11. Provide cut resistance & googles with side covers.
12. Ensure that Scaffolding shall be used to reach the height for fixing the door /
window frames.
13. Ensure the Scaffolding shall be inspected by competent person.
14. Workmen shall be worn safety harness with double land yard and it shall be
anchored on strong member to avoid fall from height.
15. Ensure use of standard hand tools.
16.Defective hand tools shall not be used. It shall be inspected before used.
17. Right tool for the right job system shall be followed.
18. Electrical connections shall be routed through the ELCB / RCCB 30 mA.
19. All the installations DBs, SDBs at site are to be double earthing.
20. All electrical cables shall be insulated properly.
No electrical cables should be laid over the ground, either cable should be buried
under ground or it should be above the height of obstruction passes through the

9. Check the all power tools before start the work and all power tool to be in good
condition.
10. Ensure the double body ear thing of all electrical equipment and all power
cable should be overhead & double insulated.
11. PPE and job specific PPE to be used (Cut resistive hand gloves, Helmet, Safety
Shoes, Reflective jacket, nose mask, Welding face shield leather gloves and
apron..)
12. Double lanyard Fully body harness shall be use for height work.
13. Rope shall be use to lift the material and the same shall be secure or bind with
rope at work location to prevent fall.
14. Fire extinguisher to be kept nearer to the work location.
15. Provide black goggle, lather hand gloves to welder helper.
For scaffolding work kindly follow the safe working methodology as mentioned
above.
16. Tag line has to be provided for all tools and tackles to avoid fall from height.

Double lanyard Fully body harness shall be use for height work. 13. Rope shall be use to lift the material and the same shall be secure or bind with rope at work location to prevent fall. 14. Fire extinguisher to be kept nearer to the work location. 15. Provide black goggle, lather hand gloves to welder helper.
