2.  When planning our Music video we used Microsoft Word in
numerous different ways:
 Creating a timeline template – we created a table on word in which we
wrote in and planned the timeline for our music video along with the
lyrics and verses of the song.
 Check lists – we created numerous check lists so that we had all the
equipment we needed for shoot days.

3.  We used the website ‘Bitstrips.com’ to create comic book strips of a
typical target audience member for our band ‘Loyal Blood’
 This website was quick and easy to use and enable us to make our
own character in the shape of a target audience member that we
had created.

4.  We used YouTube to look into and research different videos – we
did this primarily for inspiration on what our video would
include.
 We also used this website to look for a song that we would be
interested in using for our video.
 Additionally I used this site when looking for tutorials on how to
create certain effects using Adobe After Effects.

5.  We used Final Cut Express during our planning stages to practice
editing video footage together and develop techniques that we
wanted to use in our own video.
 We also used this to see what different effects would look like on
footage.

6.  We used Adobe After Effects to try out and test different effects
that we wanted to use within our video.
 With some test footage I practiced editing a ‘frozen water’ effect,
following a tutorial I found on YouTube.
 After testing out the effect we decided to use it in our final video.

7.  Once we had the idea for our music video we used Facebook to
plan when we would shoot our video and make arrangements
with our actors etc.
 To do this we set up a group chat on Facebook so that we could
keep in touch with our actors all in one place. This was very
helpful as we were able to communicate with everyone and let
them know what was going on with the project, like when the
recording would be and what costumes to where.

8.  When developing ideas for our website and
digipak myself and Aidan sent images and
messages to one another and discuss different
ideas that we had.
 This allowed us to stay in communication with
each other about our developing and changing
ideas while outside of college.
