Serving as builder’s residential construction sales manager and primary contact with home buying
public. Support customers and sales consultant employees through all phases of the buying process.
Inform customers concerning builder’s offerings, policies and procedures regarding products and

● Convert customers to satisfied homeowners. Remain the source of communication from sale to settlement. Seek and

● Maintain an adequate supply of brochures and other selling aids.
● Responsible for directional, available, and sold sign placement and other signage as determined by the builder.
● Maintain effective and accurate communication between builder and the customer until settlement or the prospect has
made a decision to pursue another course of action.
● Communicate problems and/or delays in construction, processing or financing to the customers.
● Communicate factors influencing customer’s ability to settle on time to the builder.
● Complete and file all forms and reports.
● Communicate home progress regularly to the customer.
