Gaps in employement were intentional to spend time at home with my small children and go
back to school full time. Left Wal-Mart in 2010 to attend school that summer and Graduated
from Gardner-Webb University in December 2014. Started at the Children’s Place in April.

Retail Store Manager
I hold full responsibility for merchandising, operations, training and maintaining high
functioning sales team members. Held accountable for four metrics to include sales to plan,
conversion to plan, units per transaction to plan and average dollar sale to plan.
I work closely with the Restrauant General Manager in order to maintain a smooth business
dynamic for the guest which includes a five star guest experience from dining and shopping
our uniqe products in the gift shop.
