11/2013-present Citigroup – Team Workflow Accounting/Operations – AVP
 Currently responsible for ensuring all daily production work is completed
 Dually manage day and night processing teams
 Complete reconciliations and lead in complex investigations
 Approve ledger processing entries to reflect the position of the bank for federal reporting
purposes
 Ensure all entries including highly sensitive write offs and write ons are executed correctly
 Responsible for all cash breaks associated with Accounting Department
 Complete quarterly MCA review
 Ensure department is abiding by and in agreement with all levels of compliance from both
internal and external auditing sources
 Coordinate and foster development with business partners globally
03/2013-11/2013 Remedy Intelligent Staffing/Niagara Chocolate – On-Site Manager
 Coordinated the daily staffing levels for all three shifts
Responsible for checking in and maintaining the appropriate level of staff to ensure all
production lines are running properly
