A person s sexual identity may seem like something obvious, something that should be an essential
characteristic of our lives. However as we have found, these things are not always so simple, often
finding that our sexual identity, is ever changing most of our lives. I have given my own identity some

Some researchers state that genetics and environmental factors are important determining element of

Healthcare Management Final Paper
In the short story The Merger of Two Competing Hospitals , we see both Porter Regional Medical
Center and Banner Regional Medical Center reach an agreement to form a merger. Both Hospitals had
at least one major current flaw and by teaming up they no longer had to worry about the aspect of
competing with each other. PRMC faced the problem of annually losing large sums of money. While
over at BRMC the problem laid within the infrastructure and not the problem of money.
After the completion of both hospitals coming together to form a newly named hospital, the question
of creating an executive team in charge of management comes about. In my opinion, before moving
forward in any way to create the executive team, candidates must be considered for their potential
leadership. Just imagine how hard it would be to fail if the newly created hospital looked for
leadership comparable to Arthur T. DeMoulas, when hiring for the executive team. While Market
Basket is not a hospital, the whole idea of the managers acting as leaders would be great for a new
hospital1. This could make all employees act loyal and show great customer service, and lastly having
all the customers (patients) come and leave happy.
According to MIT Sloan Management Review, there are six steps that should be taken to properly
rebuild a management team. The first includes Reducing Role Ambiguity. This is essentially

1. The skills one needs to be a radio listener, are more sophisticated then the skills one would use to
understand and interpret a television program. When listening to the radio, one has to be an active
listener. It requires you to pay more attention as the information is being processed solely through
auditory stimulation. This is unlike watching television which provides both auditory and visual
stimulation. Personally, when listening to Orson Welles War of the Worlds from October 30th 1938, I
found myself more easily distracted comparing to when watching a television program or news story.
It is much easier to pay attention to the later. Moreover, listening to the radio requires a person to use

It was truly a breeding ground for musical excellence and innovation. This orchestra was by far the

first visit to Mannheim in 1763, the orchestra made a huge impression on him. Besides a large
orchestra, symphonies included various specific musical features and techniques, that had become
trademarks of the style developed in Manheim. One Manheim composer in particular had a large
impact on the orchestra and the symphony. His name is Jan Vaclav Antonin Stamic (1717 1757)
(Germanized to Johann Wenzel Anton Stamitz). He started writing orchestral works to be independent
works in their own right. Orchestras no longer needed to accompany vocal genres to attain any
meaning. This paved the way for what was to become known as abstract music. Stamitz wrote 58
symphonies in his lifetime, and numerous conciertos. He expanded the orchestra, with woodwinds
starting to play an essential role in the orchestral timbre. The orchestra was no longer made up simply
of a haphazard group of instruments, but was starting to take a fixed formal shape. Along with his
contributions to the expansion of the orchestra he also adopted the formal structure of four movements
for the symphony and started using a distinct development section in the first movements, which

eyes of God and fail to rise beyond their puny existence.
At the beginning of the play, Thebes has fought back an armed attack and the brothers, Eteocles and
Polynices have died ;Creon crowns himself the king and issues edicts to proclaim Eteocles a hero to
