4. What students said
That’s the big advantage of being electronic isn’t it?
You don’t have to walk down here, you can send it and
receive it without having to make it onto campus.
A: It’s much more environmentally friendly.
B: And obviously it’s less cost for us.
C: It did save a lot of problems with printing.
I was more worried that if there was any form of
plagiarism in my work it would more easily picked up.
5. Feedback benefits
You get more feedback on the electronic ones.
It made some lecturers’ writing more readable.
if you pick it up from the faculty office you’re kind of
like standing up still, so you sort of look at it briefly,
you mostly just look at the grades. Whereas when
you’re sat at home on your laptop looking at your e-
mails you have more time to read through it.
6. More feedback benefits
When you’re at home you’ll have your PC as
well, so you’ll have your current piece of work
that you’re working on and then something
they’ve marked before on the other side of the
screen so you can see exactly where you’ve been
marked up or down.
You can’t actually lose it, like you might a piece
of paper. Unless you purposely go and delete it.
