Training and development is the field
which is concerned with
organizational activity aimed at
bettering the performance of
individuals and groups in
organizational settings.
MOTIVATION
                                  Motivation is a process of directing

                                        employees toward task
                                             performance.

EVALUATION
An assessment of the
relative worth of various jobs on
the basis of a consistent set of job
and personal factors, such
as qualification and skills required.

  • 11. RECUITING Recruitment refers to the process of attracting, screening, and selecting a qualified person for a job. A process of finding and attracting capable applicants for employment.
  • 12. SELECTION The process of assessing Right kind of people for the candidates and appointing a right kind of jobs post holder.
  • 13. TRAINING Training and development is the field which is concerned with organizational activity aimed at bettering the performance of individuals and groups in organizational settings.
  • 14. MOTIVATION Motivation is a process of directing or channeling the behaviors of the employees toward task performance. Motivated employees are always looking for better ways to do a job.
  • 15. EVALUATION An assessment of the relative worth of various jobs on the basis of a consistent set of job and personal factors, such as qualification and skills required. The objective of job evaluation is to determine which jobs should get more pay than others.
  • 16. COMPENSATION Compensation is the employer's feedback for an employee's work. It simply is the monetary value you would give to your four employees in return of their services.
