Synthetic Fiber Construction in lab .pptxPavel ( NSTU)
Synthetic fiber production is a fascinating and complex field that blends chemistry, engineering, and environmental science. By understanding these aspects, students can gain a comprehensive view of synthetic fiber production, its impact on society and the environment, and the potential for future innovations. Synthetic fibers play a crucial role in modern society, impacting various aspects of daily life, industry, and the environment. ynthetic fibers are integral to modern life, offering a range of benefits from cost-effectiveness and versatility to innovative applications and performance characteristics. While they pose environmental challenges, ongoing research and development aim to create more sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives. Understanding the importance of synthetic fibers helps in appreciating their role in the economy, industry, and daily life, while also emphasizing the need for sustainable practices and innovation.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Questionnaire
1. In this task I am going to evaluate the digipak and the magazine advert that I
have created based on the feedback that I have received from the
questionnaire that I have created on paper using Word Document. This
source allowed me to create a questionnaire that will be given out to the
people to get feedback about the advert and the digipak. I have also made
sure I ask people that are aged between 16-20 to make the feedback valid for
using also they were able to write further information about the advert and
the digipak in the comments boxes that I have provided. I will also be asking
7 different people to fill in the questions that will be available in the
questionnaire.
Paper questionnaire
2. How old are you?
When I have given out the paper and received it back the second question was ‘How old are
you?’. The responses that I have received were quite as I have expected them as they range
from 17 to 19. This showed the target audience that we have already set when doing the
stage of our research on electronic dance genre. When I received these feedbacks from this
type of age group as these feedbacks where qualified which allowed me to determine the
link between the music video and the ancillary tasks. Most importantly this feedback
allowed us to be more aware of our target audience. Therefore, I believe that this age range
that I have received from the feedback will have the most understanding of the digipak and
the advert and make them more engaged.
3. What do you think the Digipak and the advert is targeted at
(Please tick the appropriate box)
This question is asking the people to identify target audience that will be interested in the digipak and the advert. There are three answers that are
going to be available for my question which are the following:
• Middle aged
• Young Adults
• Children
When I have received back the answers. For this question 6 people out of 7 have ticked the Yung adults box, 0 for middle aged and 1 for children.
This allowed me to see what people will think of the digipak and the advert and who do they target mostly. This question allowed me to find out if
the design I have created fits the target audience and it does match the target audience needs as only one person have ticked the children box
meaning the digipak and the advert are mostly targeted at young adults as this is what I wanted it to target. This also showed that the audience
were engaged and attracted by these products as they have analysed and answered the questions properly. This shows that I have followed the
codes and conventions of the electronic dance genre such as the colour scheme, design and house style which they suggest the young adults
energetic life.
4. What music genre do you think the advert and the digipak
represent?
The other question that I have included was focusing around showing the music genre of the digipak
and the advert that I have created. When I have received the feedback it allowed me to see if I have
met all the codes and conventions of the electronic dance genre. The feedback I have received is that
6 of the people have ticked the correct genre which is electronic dance and 1 have ticked other and
the person has specified Deep house. However, this does not change the fact that 6 out of 7 have
chosen the electronic dance genre meaning that I have followed the codes and conventions correctly
due to the amount of people that have identified the genre. This also will show that the product was
successful and engaging as the audience were able to analyse the information in order to see what
genre it is.

5. Which features do you identify the most successful and why?
In this question I wanted to find out if the audience can identify the most successful features in both of the products as I wanted to
find out if these two products have appealed to the audience and if I have followed the codes and conventions. The answers for this
question were straight forward. I have included 4 answers which are house style, colour scheme, typography and images. As when
the boxes are ticked they will need to identify why they have ticked that feature. 3 out of 7 have chosen typography and they have
said that the use of the information and their design is good and eye-catching due to it being the same on both of the product which
made it more recognisable. 2 out of 7 have ticked the ‘House style’ box. Their answer was that it was consistent through both of the
products due to the background being repeated making it well-known and attractive. 1 out of the 7 have chosen colour scheme and
the same goes for images as people were attracted to the typography and the house style of the products. However, the person that
ticked the colour scheme box was inspired by the colours being the same through both of the products especially the colour of the
text and the background which were blue and white. This made the text to stand out more. For the images the person have said
that well manipulated photograph and links to the codes and conventions. This helped me to know if these two products were
successful and meet the requirement of a high standard digipak and advert. This also showed that I have met the codes and
conventions of the electronic dance genre making the work meet the target audience requirement and be more appealing and eye-
catching.

6. Is the link between the advert and the digipak is clear to identify?
In this question I wanted to see if the audience were going to be able to identify the link between both of
the products and if they look consistent. This was a very important question to have in the
questionnaire. This is because it will allow me to know if have followed the codes and conventions
properly and if the products will be recognisable and identical. When I have received the feedback is
that 7 out of 7 have answered yes meaning that the audience were able to see the link clearly and easily.
Some of the audience have also added a comment explaining why they have chosen yes. These
comments were positive and beneficial. One of the comments was that ‘’Consistent colour scheme’, the
second comment was “House style was kept the same due to having same fonts and background image’
these comments allow me to know that these products are recognisable and make the product more
appealing as the audience were easily able to see the link between them. This shows that I have made a
successful and professional product that will attract the audience attention and be more appealing.
