Some of his major contributions included developing the cost of quality model, the Pareto principle, and the Juran Trilogy for quality planning, control, and improvement. He also established the Juran Institute to promote quality management principles and authored many influential books and papers. Juran had a long career consulting with major companies and helped advance the field of quality management.
