The initial concept for the final project was a montage of a man taking apples from a lady artist, with the idea that they would fall in love over apples. However, this evolved into a more typical romantic comedy story. Research into romantic comedy poster designs helped with laying out the magazine poster. Planning was important and helped keep the project organized, on track, and ensured all scenes were completed. The intended audience was teenagers and adults who enjoy romantic comedies. While the initial ideas were largely realized, the film could have been improved with a better camera operator and longer runtime. The magazine met expectations but felt like it was missing something.

1: What was your initial concept for your final project and what were the reasons
behind your choices?
 The initial concept was mean to be a montage of a man taking apples from a lady artist.
 Then they fall In love over apples but that doesn’t happen
 Because then it would be a typical love story
 It was a unique idea as well as concept
2: How has your research and planning helped you develop your final project?
Research:
 Rom-com poster deigns, to give us a brief idea on how our post should look e.g. how
to text should be laid out.
 Helped me create my magazine, how to lay it out
 Pick our different locations to shoot in
 Helped us pick costumes
 We had a more narrow view of how our film was going to turn out to be.
Planning:
 Planning was very important it kept us organised
 Kept us on track and made sure all scenes were completed
 Planning made everything run smoothly
 Story board helped us with the shooting
 Story board helped with editing too know where what scene went
3: Who would be the audience for your final product?
 Teenagers and adults
 Because it has some sexual content like kissing
 Adults and teenagers would find it more interesting then kids

product?
 Sound- royalty free music
 Why it was important
 We didn’t use anything else apart from royalty free cause we wanted to enter it into
competition
 Learned how to text wrap images on InDesign
 How to make my poster look better and how to make it look like professional one
How closely did your final product resemble your initial ideas and expectations?
 Quite close to our expectations
 Initial idea was completed
 Could have been better because camera man wasn’t the best
 The acting was done well and confidently
 Could of maybe made it a bit longer
 Magazine did meet expectations however something looks missing form it
