Q2) How effective is the combination of
          your product and
            ancillary texts?
All three of my coursework piece fit together without
difficulty for example they all use a range of brightly
coloured backgrounds, costumes or scenes for example
the colours that I use are all red, purple, pink or orange as
they are more feminine based colours that my targeted
audience can relate to well.

The video its self is a energetic piece of text that allows the
audience to feel more involved in due to the speed and
timing of the music which Is why I used energetic based
colours so that it links the digi pack and website with the
music video. As you can see I have used very similar
colours between the digi pack and the website so
to connect them better together. I chose to dwell
on pink and purple more as these are seen as
more feminine colours and would complement
the artist that I have created too.

I tried to keep the colour scheme for the costumes
Similar throughout the filming so that the artist
looked as if she belong in this genre of music
(pop).

The settings of the filming where not near perfect but I have to make decisions based on time because I had
little help when travelling to specific places. Which is why I tried to keep it close to home as it wouldn’t cost
me anything to travel and also I could walk to where I needed since I knew the location well.

The brand identity of this production that I have created falls into a very big section of audience as I targeted
the female audience which is massive in the music industry. This in a way made it easier to see how I should
approach this audience too. The brand identify that I have created for this task is a energetic, upbeat piece of
Text as firstly, I made sure that my artist would attract the right sort of audience through the costume and
Look of the video.

The iconic pieces that I used through all three of
the texts where colours as I found the colours used
in the production would be essential to keep the
audience interested as well as so that it kept the
same mood and feel to the texts

  • 1. Q2) How effective is the combination of your product and ancillary texts?
  • 2. All three of my coursework piece fit together without difficulty for example they all use a range of brightly coloured backgrounds, costumes or scenes for example the colours that I use are all red, purple, pink or orange as they are more feminine based colours that my targeted audience can relate to well. The video its self is a energetic piece of text that allows the audience to feel more involved in due to the speed and timing of the music which Is why I used energetic based colours so that it links the digi pack and website with the music video. As you can see I have used very similar colours between the digi pack and the website so to connect them better together. I chose to dwell on pink and purple more as these are seen as more feminine colours and would complement the artist that I have created too. I tried to keep the colour scheme for the costumes Similar throughout the filming so that the artist looked as if she belong in this genre of music (pop). .
  • 3. The settings of the filming where not near perfect but I have to make decisions based on time because I had little help when travelling to specific places. Which is why I tried to keep it close to home as it wouldn’t cost me anything to travel and also I could walk to where I needed since I knew the location well. The brand identity of this production that I have created falls into a very big section of audience as I targeted the female audience which is massive in the music industry. This in a way made it easier to see how I should approach this audience too. The brand identify that I have created for this task is a energetic, upbeat piece of Text as firstly, I made sure that my artist would attract the right sort of audience through the costume and Look of the video. The iconic pieces that I used through all three of the texts where colours as I found the colours used in the production would be essential to keep the audience interested as well as so that it kept the same mood and feel to the texts
