A Strategic Approach: GenAI in Education
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

- 2. The music video is about a heartbreak and how the girl is getting over it and putting the reason on the person. This was all shot outdoors in empty spaces to show how she is free and how she is moving away from her past. Throughout it you are able to see the area and see how she is feeling throughout it all and this helps with the understanding of her. It also ha a lot of shots of the girl which shows how she is the main person in this and how it is all about her. The digipack had pictures of the artist which shows how it is all about her with simple backgrounds, colours and costumes. This links to the alternative pop that we are going for. However, this is indoors and her facial expressions are to show her feelings which is why medium close up shots are used. The poster uses one picture which takes up the whole of the page of the artist which then again also reflects back about how it is all about her and her feelings. This picture is based when she is outdoors which links to the music video. But has the same text as the album and sizes which are simple.

The three of the music vide, digipack and poster all have a link which links to each other so that it shows how the message that the artist is trying to put across is the same throughout and link. The music video and poster link by using the outdoor settings which shows how she is free and moving on from everything which links with each other. The digipack and poster link by using the same text, size and colour and using pictures of the artist to show how they link and to show how it is about her. Not only this but the mood of the artist is the same in all pictures to show how she is feeling and how nothing has changed. Throughout all these products the makeup stays the same but the costume changes, which shows how she can change the way she is for the better and can get over things.
