Rationale- This music magazine is about indie music. Offer opinions, reviews, insights and
interviews. It’s going to be an indie magazine although it will follow the normal format for music
magazines. It’s going to feature a free download with every issue and reviews of each month’s
albums. It’s going to feature one well known artist each month on each cover of the issue. The
music magazine will also contain reviews and interviews. The aim of this magazine is to compete
against other indie magazines such as NME, Q, Mojo and Uncut.
Style-The style of the magazine will be informal, using humour butnot afraid to offer strong
comments on events. The magazine is for indie fans so it will be simple and interesting with a lot of
information about the bands featured in the magazine.
