This document discusses a study on protein-DNA interactions, emphasizing their significance in various diseases and cellular processes. The research aims to map protein locations on DNA in healthy versus unhealthy cells using a lab-on-a-chip device that employs atomic force microscopy (AFM) tips coated with antibodies to detect proteins. Detailed fabrication processes for the AFM device and associated nanofluidic channels are outlined, alongside the expected outcomes and potential challenges of the study.
