While some businesses have an online presence, most shopping is still done in physical stores. The project aims to capitalize on Vietnam's growing internet usage and shift to online shopping by developing an e-commerce grocery website. This will allow customers to shop conveniently online while reducing business costs. The website will utilize digital marketing techniques like banner ads, email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization to attract customers.
