• 1½ cups flour
• 1½ teaspoons baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1¾ cups milk
• 1 egg, very lightly beaten
• 2 tablespoons melted butter.

10. First, whisk together dry

11. Second, add milk slowly, beaten
egg and melted butter.
