The document discusses the components and purpose of a research proposal. It explains that a research proposal communicates a research problem and proposed methods for solving it. The major sections of a proposal are outlined, including an introduction, definition, functions, components such as the background, problem statement, objectives, hypotheses, variables, methodology, work plan, budget, and conclusion. An effective proposal allows researchers to clarify their thinking, open communication with other parties, and serve as a basis for negotiating resources.
A literature review is a search and evaluation of the available literature in your given subject or chosen topic area. It documents the state of the art with respect to the subject or topic you are writing about. It surveys the literature in your chosen area of study.

World largest distributed database in DNS, millions of computers are connected with each other. DNS is fairly large source of wide-area RPC-Like Traffic.
In year 1991,a research paper reported that eight percent of the packets and four percent of the bytes are travel across NFS net due to DNS. In this paper, the author formally discussed the performance of DNS, caching, retransmission timeout calculation. Using different algorithms, how can DNS resiliency lead to disastrous consequences when certain implementation faults are trigged?

The novel Coronavirus (nCoV) epidemic in 2019 -2020 has recently emerged. The route of transmission is not totally known, although it is known that it can spread from person to person, and local health care systems may be ill-equipped to handle a large-scale outbreak.

Selection and organization of learning experienceNursing Path
Curriculum is the educational design of learning experiences for the students. Curricular experiences include course content as well as learning activities. The selection and organization of curricular experiences must also reflect the philosophy of the school. The identifying and organizing of curricular experiences begins with the analysis of curriculum objectives. The most commonly used approach in selecting learning experiences is the logical approach in which the process is treated as content in curriculum development.

June 3, 2024 Anti-Semitism Letter Sent to MIT President Kornbluth and MIT Cor...Levi Shapiro
Letter from the Congress of the United States regarding Anti-Semitism sent June 3rd to MIT President Sally Kornbluth, MIT Corp Chair, Mark Gorenberg
Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing. The Committee followed the hearing with letters to those institutions on January 10, 202

• Orients readers to the study
• Typically includes, at a minimum, a cover page that indicates the title of
the proposed study and the author’s name and institution.

11. Background of the problem
• Should have a discussion of highly selective studies which are clearly
related to what the investigator proposes to study.
• Should be organized as global, national and local concerns on the
problem under investigation.

study
• Express variables in measurable terms
• The type of study may be included in the statement of research
problem. (Type of study, variables, population and setting)

16. Assumptions
• An assumption is a statement whose truth is either considered
self-evident or has been satisfactorily established by earlier
research.
• It is a principle that is accepted as being true based on logic or
custom, without proof.
• This will act as a foundation of accepted knowledge.

18. Definition of terms
•
Definitions of important terms must be given.
•
Each term should be conceptually defined (mention the reference) then
operationalize along with the name of tool and it’s subareas (minimum

21. Research methodology
The explanation of the research methodology should be thorough enough that readers will have no question about how research objectives will
be addressed.
This part should explain clearly and completely the following:
•
Research approach
•
Research design
•
Research setting
•
Population, sample, sample size, sampling criteria and sampling technique

• Budgets translate project activities into monetary terms, and are an
extremely important part of research proposals requesting financial
support; they are sometimes included in student proposals as well.
• Budgets are statements of how much money will be required to
accomplish the various tasks.
