Alex Reffett studied computer science. Module 5 on important life lessons was most impactful, teaching time management, rational thinking, and honesty. Personal responsibility scores increased after the class in areas like motivation and self-awareness. A letter highlighted learning brain functioning, open-mindedness, and the class's real-world value.

Self assessment
The self assessment was my favorite project because it allowed me
evaluate myself as a person to see what my strong and weak points are
when it comes to my personality.
Scavenger hunt
I liked the scavenger hunt because it made locating things on campus
much easier.
Service learning project
I liked the service learning project because it made you get involved
with your community and see that there are always thing that you can
do to help others.

I liked the Inner critic inner guide journal because it helped me learn to be
able to think about things with out always beating myself up and helping me
be more rational with some thinking.
• Visualization paper
I liked the visualization paper because it allowed me to really use my
imagination and be creative when I don’t really get the chance to do that very
often.
• Conversation with inner guide
The conversation with my inner guide was my third favorite even though it
allowed me to be able to do a lot of the same things as the inner critic inner
guide it just wasn’t as helpful.

• I feel module five was my absolute favorite because I feel like it
was the one module that had the most important lessons to
take from it and apply to life.
