2. 1. Slide One
• My name is Christopher Cameron Glunt
• I am in general studies right now
3. 2. Slide Two
• 1. I liked the discussion about stress. I liked this discussion because it gave me some insight into the inner workings of
stress. It also helped me understand that stress is not always a bad thing, stress can be good sometimes. I can now handle
and redirect my stress in a way that is beneficial to me, that is why I like this discussion.
• 2. I liked the Metacognition discussion. The reason I liked this discussion was because it showed me studying flaws that I
had that I was completely unaware of. It also introduced me to new ways to study that were efficient and helpful.
• 3. I also liked the Introduction and TypeFocus discussion. I liked this discussion because it told me more about myself,
even if I may have already known some of it. This discussion also let me express myself, which I don’t usually do.
4. 3. Slide Three
• 1. I really liked Journal Entry 1: Self-Assessment. I liked it because it showed me the areas were I
was weak so that I could improve them. It also showed me the areas where I was strong which
provided me with a good boost to my morale.
• 2. I liked Journal Entry 15. I liked this journal because it made me think about answers to questions
I had never asked myself. It also made me value those people more than I previously had.
• 3. I liked Journal Entry 23. I liked this Journal because I haven’t thought about asking those
questions to myself. I also liked it because it let me talk about some of the problems that I had
without a reaction, negative or otherwise.
5. 4. Slide Four
• I liked week one the most because it gave me a chance to express myself to other
people and let them learn more about me. I also like this week because I realized
things about myself that I had tried to forget and was able to somewhat come to
peace with them.
6. 5. Slide Five
• 1. I will carry over what I have learned about effective studying to my future
classes.
• 2. I will carry over my newly acquired cognitive techniques and abilities to my
future classes
• 3. I will carry over the information about stress and how to keep it under control
and use it to my advantage to my future classes.
7. 6. Slide Six
• Accepting personal responsibility-46
• Discovering self-motivation-57
• Mastering self-management-29
• Employing interdependence-34
• Gaining self-awareness-31
• Adopting lifelong learning-64
• Developing emotional intelligence-23
• Believing in myself-50
• I have learned that I am not very good at organization or management and that I need to
work on those skills. I was also learned that I am not very good at working with people,
and I never have been for as long as I can remember. I learned that I am actually pretty
good at self motivation which, in my opinion, is a good skill to have.
8. 7. Slide Seven
• My code was ISTJ which had some pretty pleasing career choices. Some of the
career choices were engineering careers, computer related careers, and some
management related careers. I think the closest for me would be the engineering
career because I want to be a bioengineer and that partly falls under the
engineering career category. I also learned how broad a term bioengineering is and
that there are many different careers that are labeled as being bioengineers.
9. 8. Slide Eight
• The kind of life that I want is one of solitude, I would obviously need to associate
with people at work and that’s fine I just don’t want to talk to people outside of
work. I would like to make a reasonable amount of money but not spend too much
of it, instead I want to save some of it just in case something bad happens, like and
emergency fund. I don’t want a wife or kids because I don’t like being around
people my age, or anyone who acts like it, and it is very hard for me to trust
people so it would be difficult to find a girl I would be comfortable around. I don’t
need luxuries I just want to find happiness in my job and come back to a small
home were I can just sit and plan ahead for the future, I might even get a dog for
some company.
10. 9. Slide Nine
• My dream job would probably be either making prosthetics for people who need
them or going into the medical branch and helping people from that side. I’ll admit
that I hope that maybe someday I can find someone to have a child with but I will
probably be fine if I don’t.
