THIS WAS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR ME TO TAKE A TEST ON MYSELF. IT TAUGHT ME THAT I CAN SEE ON PAPER EXACTLY WHERE I AM IN MY OWN
THINKING AND WHERE TO IMPROVE. I GOT TO SEE IN THE END THAT I DID MAKE SOME PROGRESS AND WHERE I AM CONTINUING TO GROW.
• INNER GUIDES:
INNER CRITICS ARE THE WORST AT TIMES BUT ARE NECESSARY TO SEE WHERE YOU ARE AT FAULT. KNOWING THAT I HAVE AN INNER GUIDE TO HELP ME
WITH THE CRITIC HELPS ME DAILY NOW. THINGS IN LIFE CAN BE MORE POSITIVE NOW THAT I HAVE CONTROL OF MY THINKING SKILLS.
• STUDY HABITS:
DEVELOPING NEW WAYS TO STUDY WILL HELP ME IN THE FUTURE AS A STUDENT. THIS WILL ALSO AFFECT MY LIFE BECAUSE I WILL HAVE LEARNED MORE
EFFICIENT WAYS TO THINK AND LEARN TO RETAIN MORE KNOWLEDGE. GOOD STUDY HABITS ARE HARD TO ACQUIRE BUT WITH PRACTICE I SEE THAT I AM
ALREADY GETTING A LOT BETTER.
3. BEST OF THE JOURNALS:
• CHAPTER 3 JOURNAL: MAKING A VISUAL OF MYSELF WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOMETHING I THOUGHT OF DOING ON MY OWN. I NOW SEE IT ALL THE TIME
AND KNOW THAT IT IS A REAL POSSIBILITY AT THIS POINT. I THINK THAT THIS CAN HELP SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE IF THEY JUST TAKE THE TIME TO
WRITE IT DOWN AND THINK ABOUT IT.
• CHAPTER 4 JOURNAL: THE QUADRANT JOURNAL WAS HELPFUL FOR ME TO SEE WHERE I AM SPENDING MY TIME. I AM GLAD THAT I HAD VERY LITTLE
WASTED TIME ON MY HANDS BUT ALSO SHOWED ME THAT I MIGHT NEED A BREAK FROM TIME TO TIME. THIS IS A GOOD TOOL TO KEEP ON HAND TO
LOOK AT AND REEVALUATE IN THE FUTURE.
• CHAPTER 7 JOURNAL: I AM NOT A PERFECT PERSON BUT I DO HOLD MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE FOR MY ACTIONS AND MISTAKES. I CAN ADMIT WHEN I AM
WRONG AND GLAD TO SAY THAT WHEN IT COMES TO THE IMPORTANT THINGS IN LIFE THAT I HAVE MADE SOME GOOD CHOICES. I THINK THAT
PERSONAL INTEGRITY AND COMMITMENT ARE VERY IMPORTANT IN BUILDING THE PERSON YOU ARE.
4. BEST WEEK YET:
• THE BEST WEEK OF THIS COURSE HAS GOT TO BE THE LAST ONE. I CAN LOOK BACK AND REFLECT ON WHAT
I HAVE LEARNED AND WHAT MATERIALS AND TOOLS I WILL BE ABLE TO USE FOR THE FUTURE. I AM EXCITED
TO TAKE MORE CLASSES AND APPLY THE NEW SKILLS THAT I HAVE AQUIRED.
5. FUTURE TOOLS I’LL USE:
• STUDYING IN A MORE APPROPRIATE ENVIRONMENT FREE OF DISTRACTIONS
• CHANGING MY THINKING SKILL TO BE MORE POSITIVE AND PRODUCTIVE TOWARDS LIFE SITUATIONS,
