Only 71% of the electrical energy can be transferred efficiently. Moreover it is always difficult to lay cables in remote area. All these factors have given rise to necessity of a concept where the losses are minimized and convenience of energy transfer is increased. The concept being wirelessly transmitting power i.e. WITRICITY. In this paper we have given an overview of the recent researches and advancement in the field of wireless transmission of electricity. Various methods of wireless power transfer such as laser beaming, microwave power transfer , solar and magnetic resonant induction coupling are explained. We have also discussed the future aspects of wireless power transmission and have stated its various advantages. This chapter describes the broad outlines of the American federal system of government, and how that system is
established in the constitutions of both the United States and Texas. It begins by describing federalism and constitutions,
and then see how the United States Constitution assigns powers to the national and state governments. It then proceeds
to describe the development of the Texas Constitution, culminating with the constitution written in 1876 along with an
overview of how it has been amended through the election on November 2019.
What is a Constitution?
A constitution is a body of fundamental principles or established precedents according to which a nation or state is
governed. It does the following :
- establishes the basis of governing authority
- outlines the structure of the government
- defines and enumerates its powers, and the limits on those powers
- clarifies the rights of the people.
All constitutions in the United States are based on the authority of the people – at least those with power - who live
within the borders of that governing system. The nature of the constitution is a reflection of their values and traditions.
The United States Constitution, and in turn the state constitutions, is based on the republican tradition that developed
over time in Britain, and included the common law. Texas, as we will see below, was rooted initially in Spanish law, and
Jacksonian democracy. The structure of the United States Constitution, written in the summer of 1787, was influenced
by the 13 state constitutions written after independence was declared from Britain. It then provided a model for all
subsequent state constitutions including Texas.
The original document was organized as follows:
Preamble – Which states that the constitution has been ordained and established by the people of the United States.
Article One – Vests the legislative powers in a bicameral Congress.
Article Two – Vests the executive power in a single person, the president.
Article Three – Vests the judicial power in a Supreme Court, and inferior courts established by Congress.
Article Four - Establishes the relationships between the states, and authorizes the creation of new states.
Article Five – The amendment process
Article Six – The national supremacy clause
Article Seven – the ratification process
27 Amendments, including a Bill of Rights, have been added since then.

Enlightenment and the Country’s founding
The founding of the country was based in principles in the European enlightenment.
One of the Enlightenment’s goals was to base governance on rationality.
Prior to the Enlightenment, governance was justified through tradition rather than reason.
Locke v Hobbes
Hobbes argued that the rationality for government was to prevent the state of nature.
Hobbes argued that life without the state would be a war between all and nasty, brutish and short. He advocated for a dictator to prevent this.
Locke disagreed. Locke argued that people would rather deal with what he called the mischief of foxes and polecats than to be devoured by lions.
This means that conflicts between individuals are manageable, but a tyrannical state is impossible to avoid.
Locke’s justification for a state is the social contract which is an agreement that the state protects rights. However if a state abuses its people, then it loses its legitimacy.
Locke’s principles drove the American Revolution.
The Revolution
The colonies originally had more freedom to run their own land prior to the Seven Years War (war between France and England).
The colonists were prevented to settle past Appalachia.
To pay back the taxes that resulted from the Seven Years War, England levied taxes on the colonists.
Colonists demanded representation in Parliament.
Stamp Act, (Tax on Paper goods) Townsend Act (Tax on glass, Tea, Paint)
The Colonies boycotted British Manufacturing goods.
Britain sent troops to the colonies, leading to an altercation with the troops known as the Boston Massacre
Britain passed an act that granted a monopoly on the British East India Tea Company, which led to the “Boston Tea Party.”

These acts led to the state of Massachusetts to revolt, followed by the rest of the colonies.
The Declaration of Independence laid out the principles that drove the colonies to revolt against England.
This listed out the ways that Britain abused its power regarding the Social Contract.

Assignment 2: American Constitution
Following the Revolutionary War and separation from England, the need for a new government was clear. A group of men, who became known as the “nation’s founders” or Founding Fathers, developed a new government based on principles and beliefs they knew through their experiences, readings, and study. The Founding Fathers had a great deal in common with each other, including property interests, education, and extensive political experience. These common experiences and birthrights created a strong consensus about what should be incorporated into the government that would replace England’s.
Troubles developed immediately upon establishment of the United States of America with the 1781 Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union. Economic difficulties and means of dividing power between leaders and competing interests caused conflict. The conflicts had to be resolved, and some of the Founding Fathers and others, who would come to be known as the Framers went to Philadelphia to revise the Articles of Confederation. However, it became apparent immediately that the Articles could not be revised, and therefore, they were abandoned, and the Framers set about to create a new form of government. Though the effort was eventually successful and resulted in the Constitution, there was a great deal of conflict during its development in the summer of 1787. The form of government established incorporated the ideas of diverse groups, as well as the Framers’ recognition of the need for compromise.

There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
