This blog is aimed at third grade elementary students learning English greetings and farewells. It will support a classroom lesson each week, where students first learn a topic from their teacher and then reinforce it through activities on the blog during their second weekly class. The blog uses tools like PowerPoint, pictures, video and flashcards to help students practice identifying and properly using greetings and farewells based on the time of day.

 This blog is addressed to young learners
(beginners) in third grade of elementary.

4. CONTEXT AND METHODOLOGY
 Population: 30 Students
 Private Institution
 Grade: 3rd Grade
 Level: Beginners
 Age: 8 – 9 years
 Length of the Class: One hour. Two times a week .
 The first class of the week is on the classroom
where the teacher presents the topic, then the
students along with the teacher’s help using the
blog will reinforce the knowledge in the second hour
of class. It means the purpose of the blog is to
support.

5. TOPIC
 To identify and to express properly the use of
greetings and farewells according to the time of the
day and the hour.

6. CONTENT
 This blog is developed using different tools which
are Power Point
presentations, pictures, video, flashcards, audio
and activities that are appropiate to reinforce and to
practice the taugth topics by the teacher in the
previous class.
