IIDEX 2013
Abstract: This presentation aims to put strategic design into perspective as a new culture of decision-making. Design strategy is about creating roadmaps and brand experiences that are transcendent and resilient. It is about processes that embark on social engagement as a catalyst for systemic organizational change. It is about systems of products and services that are strategically innovative and holistic. Design strategy is about a mindset, a way of thinking and a set of tools that help businesses, organizations and institutions realize what it is that they should be doing next, how they can do it, and most importantly, why they should be doing it in the first place.
The first prototype of our approaches to move beyond design thinking at DNA. Touching on a number of new tools and techniques as well as theoretical positions from a number of sources. Very much the bleeding edge of our current position.

Design Thinking for Social Innovation at IEMax Oliva
How might we provide drinkable water to low income rural communities? How might we provide premature baby incubation solutions for the Base of the Pyramid? How might we create a process and culture which enables innovaiton to be at the core of our organization, be it from a social enteprise, a responsible business or a cross collaboration with unlikely allies? We need to re-imagine, re-invent and re-design the way that we do business, the way in which we create and deliver value. Design is too important to be left to designers alone. During this workshop, you will learn the key concepts of Design Thinking with a focus on social innovation, experimenting with collective creativity, and practicing with key tools to apply in future social challenges. Design thinking you can learn at a workshop; it takes a lifetime to master it.

Championing Accessibility | The Challenges within Digital Agencies (A11y Camp...Lily Ng
Digital agencies are sought as the experts to deliver websites and other digital products, yet many fail to incorporate accessibility, unless it is for a project for government, a major financial institution or telco.
This presentation highlights some of the challenges within digital agencies for those who wish to champion accessibility, as well as what agencies can do to change and support the inclusion of accessibility and inclusive design for all sites and products.
It also provides some indicative data on how few people with disabilities are sought for research by digital agencies and companies in general, despite that such people face accessibility barriers in websites, apps and other digital products on a regular basis.
This is the presentation I gave at Ally Camp Sydney 2017.

Using Experience Maps to Improve Both Promise and ProcessmStoner, Inc.
Download this webinar for free: http://mstnr.me/2bvb0Bk
True story: by understanding the factors that drive decisions, as well as the thoughts and emotions that our target audiences experience, we can improve both promise and process for the groups that we serve.
Experience maps — graphical representations of the interactions individuals have with a product or service — are an effective tool for understanding our audiences. Based on both qualitative and quantitative research, experience maps can lead to numerous insights by illustrating what audiences think, feel, and do at various stages in a process. Experience maps also reveal existing gaps and potential opportunities in the overall user experience. We can harness these insights to educate stakeholders and drive positive changes and improvements across an entire engagement lifecycle.
In this Webinar:
• You’ll learn the principles behind experience mapping, as well as various techniques for collecting necessary data and information.
• You’ll explore an array of tools for illustrating experience maps.
• You’ll see examples of maps we’ve developed for a number of different institutions, and you’ll hear the insights from those maps that influenced content strategy and process change.
• You’ll discover approaches for using experience maps in your projects to ensure a positive user experience.
This presentation was delivered on the second week of my Ubiquity Lab internship to introduce the development team to different Service Design and UX Tools and Methodologies.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.
