Why Pendulum operated Piston
Pump?
 Alleviation of work- For pumping the water it is enough
to move the pendulum occasionally with a finger .
 Low Fatigue- Minimum of human strength is required as
compared to classic hand water pumps.
 Efficiency- Efficiency of pendulum operated piston pump
is greater than that of hand water pumps. (old people and
small children can easily pump out the water.)
How Project works
The project explains the effect of creating the free energy in the device
made of
 Oscillating pendulum lever system.
 system for initiating and maintaining the oscillation of the pendulum.
 system which uses the energy of the device by damping the oscillations
of the lever.
The operation of the machine is based on forced oscillation of the
pendulum, since the axis of the pendulum affects one of the arms of
the two armed lever by a force which varies periodically. Part of the
total oscillation energy of the pendulum-lever system is changed into a
work for operating a pump, a press, a rotor of an electric generation
system.
 The creation of free energy was proved by a great number of physical models.
The effect of creating the free energy is defined in this project as the
difference between the energy which is the machine transfers to the user
system by the lever and the energy which is input from the environment in
order to maintain the oscillation of the pendulum.
 Appearance of the free energy is not in accordance with the energy
conservation law.
 The effect of creating the free energy results from the difference between the
work of the orbital damping forces of the lever and the work of the radial
damping force of the pendulum motion. This effect enables increase of the
input energy.
Working Principle
The parts of Hand water pump with pendulum are:
 1- Load of the pendulum
 2- Handle of the pendulum
 3- Axis of the pendulum
 4- Axis of the two-leg lever
 5- two-leg lever
 6- Water pump
 7- Piston of the pump
 The pump is made of pendulum, two-leg lever and cylinder with the piston which
pumps the water. Oscillation of the pendulum is maintained by periodical action of
the human arm.

PISTON
Piston is used to pressure creating component. It is made of steel. It is reciprocating
in side the cylinder. Very close tolerance is maintained with cylinder.
Cylinder
Cylinder is used to reciprocate the cylinder with close tolerance. Piston will develop
the maximum pressure Cylinder is made of mils steel.
Rod
It is connect the piston and foot pedal. It is also used push the piston according to
the foot pedal action. Rod is used to connect the piston and foot pedal pump link.
The maximum pressure is achieved pumping lifting height. It will convert
angularity motion to linear motion.
Water seal
The primary seal consists of two rings (a primary and mating ring) that are lapped to a high
degree of flatness and then loaded against one another by means of a spring. One of these
rings will rotate in accordance with the shaft of the pump and rub against the other ring
creating a seal for the fluid. The material composition of the primary and mating rings varies
depending on duty and life expectancy goals for the application. The secondary seal
consists of molded rubber components which are held in place via an adhesive or mechanical
press. These secondary sealing components form the seal between the rotating faces and the
metallic components (spring, retainer, ferrules and sleeve) used to load the faces and to allow
the pump builder to install the seal quickly and efficiently.
Pendulum link
This type link is used to connect the piston rod and foot step mechanism. This link is very
sturdy due it will withstand load.

ADVANTAGES
 The main advantage of hand water pump is to avoid human strain.
 It also helps us for the easy way for pumping water.
 The cost required to implement this is comparatively low.
 More efficient when compared to conventional hand water pump as
the water flow is high here.
 The pump is highly portable and has tremendous scope in industrial
usage.
APPLICATIONS
 Hand water pump with pendulum can be widely used in rural areas.
 As the installation cost of hand water pump with pendulum is low, it
is useful for poor people.
 It can be installed in all the public places.
 It can be operated by children or old people as the force required by
the pump is low.

  • 2. Why Pendulum operated Piston Pump?  Alleviation of work- For pumping the water it is enough to move the pendulum occasionally with a finger .  Low Fatigue- Minimum of human strength is required as compared to classic hand water pumps.  Efficiency- Efficiency of pendulum operated piston pump is greater than that of hand water pumps. (old people and small children can easily pump out the water.)
  • 3. How Project works The project explains the effect of creating the free energy in the device made of  Oscillating pendulum lever system.  system for initiating and maintaining the oscillation of the pendulum.  system which uses the energy of the device by damping the oscillations of the lever. The operation of the machine is based on forced oscillation of the pendulum, since the axis of the pendulum affects one of the arms of the two armed lever by a force which varies periodically. Part of the total oscillation energy of the pendulum-lever system is changed into a work for operating a pump, a press, a rotor of an electric generation system.
  • 4.  The creation of free energy was proved by a great number of physical models. The effect of creating the free energy is defined in this project as the difference between the energy which is the machine transfers to the user system by the lever and the energy which is input from the environment in order to maintain the oscillation of the pendulum.  Appearance of the free energy is not in accordance with the energy conservation law.  The effect of creating the free energy results from the difference between the work of the orbital damping forces of the lever and the work of the radial damping force of the pendulum motion. This effect enables increase of the input energy.
  • 5. Working Principle The parts of Hand water pump with pendulum are:  1- Load of the pendulum  2- Handle of the pendulum  3- Axis of the pendulum  4- Axis of the two-leg lever  5- two-leg lever  6- Water pump  7- Piston of the pump  The pump is made of pendulum, two-leg lever and cylinder with the piston which pumps the water. Oscillation of the pendulum is maintained by periodical action of the human arm.

  • 8. PISTON Piston is used to pressure creating component. It is made of steel. It is reciprocating in side the cylinder. Very close tolerance is maintained with cylinder. Cylinder Cylinder is used to reciprocate the cylinder with close tolerance. Piston will develop the maximum pressure Cylinder is made of mils steel. Rod It is connect the piston and foot pedal. It is also used push the piston according to the foot pedal action. Rod is used to connect the piston and foot pedal pump link. The maximum pressure is achieved pumping lifting height. It will convert angularity motion to linear motion.
  • 9. Water seal The primary seal consists of two rings (a primary and mating ring) that are lapped to a high degree of flatness and then loaded against one another by means of a spring. One of these rings will rotate in accordance with the shaft of the pump and rub against the other ring creating a seal for the fluid. The material composition of the primary and mating rings varies depending on duty and life expectancy goals for the application. The secondary seal consists of molded rubber components which are held in place via an adhesive or mechanical press. These secondary sealing components form the seal between the rotating faces and the metallic components (spring, retainer, ferrules and sleeve) used to load the faces and to allow the pump builder to install the seal quickly and efficiently. Pendulum link This type link is used to connect the piston rod and foot step mechanism. This link is very sturdy due it will withstand load.

  • 13. ADVANTAGES  The main advantage of hand water pump is to avoid human strain.  It also helps us for the easy way for pumping water.  The cost required to implement this is comparatively low.  More efficient when compared to conventional hand water pump as the water flow is high here.  The pump is highly portable and has tremendous scope in industrial usage.
  • 14. APPLICATIONS  Hand water pump with pendulum can be widely used in rural areas.  As the installation cost of hand water pump with pendulum is low, it is useful for poor people.  It can be installed in all the public places.  It can be operated by children or old people as the force required by the pump is low.
