1. Absent without information on examination day:School will makea call to find
out the reason.
2. Absent without informationfor threeconsecutive days: School willmake a call to
findout the reason.
3. Absent without informationfor fiveconsecutive days: Remindercall will go.
4. After 10th , 15th and 20th day official lettersin the form of card 1, 2, 1nd 3
respectivelywill go to the parent.
5. On thirtiethday the name of thestudent will be struck off from the rollswithout
anyinformation to the parent.
6. For medical leave , proper documents need to be maintained.
7. For sportsleave, proper permission from the Principal’soffice need to be granted.
8. ConcernedHome Room Teacher will keep recordsof all leaves of a child..
Board registration for class IX (June-July)
 All name corrections, spellings, surnames etc.
should be completed by the end of June only.
 No corrections at the time of Registration will
be entertained.

 Colour
 With correct name spellings
 Date of clicking the photograph
 In School Uniform
 Registration fee.
Major Communication
• Record of bunking to be
maintained.
• We would be sending
messages to parents about
bunking, discipline issues,
shortage cases, progress
of your ward in unit/Term
tests.
• The communication with
parents will be mainly
through Campus Manager.
