6. 1. There is no need of double seal for products which are
already shrink wrapped
All other products should be individually sealed on the lid with

bubble wrapper according to given table

8. 4. For products weighing less than 1500 grams use 3 ply
Branded Box (PT001 to PT007).
For products weighing more 1500 grams use 5 ply Branded
Box (PT008 to PT013)
5. Use air pouches to fill the empty spaces in the box & ensure
that product is not moving. Empty spaces between the products
should be filled with air pouches. Air pouch gsm should be of 20
micron for product up to 7 Kg & 25 micron for product above 7

9. 6. Paste the required sticker( Fragile, Class 3 label for
flammable liquid, Orientation arrow label )
7. Separate the Invoice from the packing slip

10. Note- Courier partner will not accept the packet if the invoice is not attached outside the box.
8. Now place the packing slip on front side of the brand's
corrugated box & cover horizontally with transparent tape
9. Now fold the invoice from centre so that details are towards
inside
Paste the invoice pouch on the back side of the brand's
corrugated boxes and insert the invoice in the invoice pouch
