All answers to be explained in not more than 1000 words for question 1 and 2 and for question 3
in not more than 500 words for each subsection. Use relevant examples, illustrations as far as
possible.
All answers to be written individually. Discussion and group work is not advisable.
Students are free to refer to any books/reference material/website/internet for attempting their
assignments, but are not allowed to copy the matter as it is from the source of reference.

Question. 1. In order to strengthen a certain type of behaviour in an
individual reinforcement ispracticed. This is explained well in
reinforcement theory. Explain the four elements ofReinforcement
theory. (10 marks)
Answer:Reinforcementtheoryof motivation enhancesthe efficiencylevel of the businessand it also
clearly boosts the strength of various behavioural aspects so it has numerous advantages of it.
Reinforcement theory of motivation was planned by BF Skinner and his partners. It expresses that
individual's behavior is an element of its results. It depends on "law of impact", i.e., individual's
behaviorwithpositive outcomeshasatendencytobe rehashed,howeverindividual's behavior with
negative results tends not to be rehashed.
Question.2.It is said that in order to be a good/successful leader a
person should possess highEmotional Intelligence or Emotional
Quotient. Discuss it with the help of the four aspects ofEmotional
Intelligence. (10 marks)

presence of Emotional Intelligence or Emotional Quotient along with all the difference corporate
strategies.The corporate strategiescannotbe highlyefficient withthisintegrationbecause eachand
everybusinesscarriesthe objective of customer relationshipestablishment and they also try to gain
trust of people whicheventually leads to the success of the business and that is possible only with
the help of Emotional Intelligence.
Question.3.You are appointed as a team leader for a new project.
Your group is a diverse mix ofexperienced and new employees. The
group members are now introduced to each other andthey seem to
behave very cautiously:
1. Which stage of group formation can be seen in the current
scenario & what are the nextstages? Explain (5 Marks)
Answer:Group work is really very efficient way to maximize the productivity and efficiency of any
business. And efficient group makes things even much more beneficial for the organization. In
current scenario, the development of group would be really very effective and valuable for the
organization. But, in order to make a proper group and in order to make the group work properly,
managers of the organization needs to follow the right procedure and they would need to
understand exactly what each and every stage
Q2. Which theory group of formation could be applicable in the
current scenario? Explain(5 Marks)

helpsindustry togrowand thisisbasedon the strength of leadership in the groups. As a leader of a
