This document outlines the OCTAPACE model of organizational culture, which identifies eight key elements - Openness, Confrontation, Trust, Authenticity, Proactivity, Autonomy, Collaboration, and Experimentation - that contribute to a functional organizational ethos. These elements include openly expressing feelings and thoughts, facing problems rather than avoiding them, maintaining trust and mutual understanding, aligning what is felt, said, and done, taking initiative and planning ahead, giving employees freedom, working as a team, and promoting creativity and innovation. The model was developed to analyze the basic assumptions that help organizations cope with challenges and teach new members the correct way to think and behave.
