This document provides an overview of organizational development (OD) concepts that will be covered in a course presented by Naresh Sukhani. The objectives of the course are to understand OD concepts and their relevance, study issues and challenges of OD, understand the phases of an OD program, examine OD interventions, and discuss ethical issues.
