In order to deliver the right message, the communicator must be empathetic. Verbal comm. Is further divided into the following types:
1.Oral comm.
2. Written comm.
Non verbal communication: It is the process of comm. Through sending and receiving wordless message. There is a famous quote, ‘ actions speak louder than words.’ Here, action stands for our body movements.
Non-verbal comm. Is all about the body language of the speaker and doesn’t make use of words.
i.e. Comm. Other than oral and written , such as body gesture, eye contact, body language, posture , tone of voice or facial expressions, is called non-verbal comm.
