  • 1.               Package  Engagements  and  Workshops     Emerge  as  a  Team     This  interactive  workshop  will  help  your  organization  achieve  desired  results  by  improving   communication,  efficiency,  and  a  deeper  awareness  of  individual  and  team  strengths.   Emergenetics  is  a  scientific  and  clear  approach  to  understanding  an  individual’s  unique   thinking  attributes  and  behavioral  styles,  rooted  in  the  concept  that  you  are  who  you  are   due  to  genetics  and  life  experience.    The  results  of  this  workshop  lead  to  happier,  better   performing,  more  insightful  employees,  and  a  more  collaborative  and  motivated  team.     In  preparation,  participants  receive  an  on-­‐line  individual  assessment  that  takes  about  20   minutes  to  complete.  During  the  workshop,  participants  learn  about  their  results  and  the   team  as  a  whole.    Individual  results  are  disclosed  voluntarily.    Through  energetic  activities   and  learning,  participants  will  gain  understanding  of  how  their  own  individual  strengths,   communication  styles,  and  behavioral  attributes  can  contribute  to  a  more  collaborative   team,  breaking  down  the  hidden  silos,  and  therefore  creating  a  stronger  working  unit.       We  have  many  examples  of  teams  posting  their  Emergenetics  Profiles  on  their  office  doors   or  outside  their  cubicles  to  facilitate  conversations.    They  use  the  “red,  green,  yellow,  and   blue”  lingo  in  meetings  to  better  communicate  their  messages  and  diffuse  misunderstanding   and  tension  during  conversations.    And  they  carry  the  knowledge  into  their  homes  to  better   understand  the  strengths  of  their  children  and  how  they  learn  in  school!     Time:  Three  quarter  day       Price:  $7,600  for  up  to  10  participants.  (For  each  additional  participant,  add  $125  per   participant).    Includes  Hal  and  Baadrea  Bagley  as  facilitators,  travel  expenses  and  survey   fees.  
  • 2.               Individual  Leadership  Coaching     Crucial  company  leaders  who  are  in  need  of  enhancing  skills,  identify  strengths  and   developmental  needs,  and  want  to  leverage  existing  strengths  and  improve  performance,   are  ideal  candidates  for  leadership  coaching.         We  come  alongside  leaders  to  meet  them  at  their  point  of  need  with  a  unique  combination   of  coaching,  management  of  the  core  inner  self  and  business  consulting.    We  believe  it  is  the   combination  of  these  powerful  components  that  produces  lasting  change  for  leaders.   Leaders  become  more  introspective,  intentional,  and  confident  in  the  face  of  withering   challenges,  impactful,  visionary  and  fulfilled.    And  these  leaders  inspire  their  organizations   to  ultimately  do  the  same.     We  do  this  with  core  beliefs:   • Authenticity  –  we  are  who  we  are,  you  are  who  you  are   • Integrity  -­‐  Client-­‐Coach  Contract/Agreement  to  identify:     § Professional  Qualifications   § Expectations  of  Professional  Coaching  Relationship   § Confidentiality   • Non-­‐judgmental  Relationship     • Courage  to  share  observations  with  the  client,  even  if  the  client  doesn’t  want  to  hear  them     Individuals  will  receive  ongoing  feedback  and  support  while  working  on  Elevated   Leadership  Plans  (LEPs)  for  professional  and  personal  growth.    Instruments  such  as  360   evaluations,  Emergenetics,  Spiral  Dynamics,  Firo-­‐B,  and  Power  Profiles  are  used  to  meet  the   client  at  their  point  of  need  and  desire  for  learning.         Time:    Typical  engagement  is  9-­‐12  months     Price:  Subject  to  understanding  the  scope  and  need.  We  do  fixed  quarterly  pricing  so  you   always  know  what  your  cost  will  be.  
  • 3.               Leadership  Launch  Kit     These  4  learning  modules  are  designed  to  bootstrap,  quickly  and  cost  effectively,   technologist  and  young  leaders  into  an  impactful  leadership  role.    This  provides  your   company  with  the  ability  to  organically  grow  leadership  from  within  and  to  do  it   quickly.  It  can  also  be  a  refresher  program  for  seasoned  leaders,  bring  a  seasoned   perspective  of  the  business,  and  leaders  that  want  to  establish  mentoring  relationships   with  the  younger  leaders.  And  as  a  bonus,  it  serves  as  a  great  team  building  activity  for   the  entire  leadership  team.     It  is  a  combination  of  pre-­‐assessment  instruments  and  experiential  workshop  activities  that   are  lively  and  leave  a  lasting  learning.    Participants  will  gain  significant  understanding  of   how  varying  degrees  of  leadership  styles  and  management  qualities  can  vastly  improve   employee  relationships,  morale,  daily  communication,  followership  and  leading  the   company  through  challenging  phases  of  the  business.    The  program  is  designed  to  benefit   the  individual  leader  as  well  as  enhance  overall  team  dynamics  and  productivity.    What  it  is   not:  It  is  not  an  entry  level  supervisor  program  that  focuses  on  HR  and  legal  training.    There   are  numerous  nationally  recognized  seminars  that  offer  very  cost  effective  first-­‐time   supervisor  training  programs.       The  learning  modules,  which  are  very  application  focused,  offer  the  leader  the   following  learnings.  (If  more  than  one  module  is  selected,  we  recommended  spacing  4-­‐ 6  weeks  apart  to  allow  absorption  and  on  the  job  application  of  the  material.     Module  1  (2  days):   • The  difference  between  being  a  manager  and  being  a  leader.   • The  power  of  reflective  thinking  and  how  it  enhances  leadership  growth   weekly.   • Accountability  –  what  it  really  means.   • Leadership  trends.  
  • 4.               • What  is  a  coaching  leader  and  is  it  the  style  for  you?   • How  to  gain  followership  and  more  clearly  communicate  by  understanding   people’s  thinking  and  behavioral  styles.  This  is  a  workshop  based  on  the   Emergenetics  tool  described  at  www.Emergenetics.com.       Optional  Module  2  (2  days):     • What  is  an  authentic  leader?   • What  is  a  courageous  leader?   • How  do  ethical  decisions  affect  our  leadership?   • Why  “power”  attracts  followership  when  you  power  style  and  motivations  are   understood  and  how  it  is  applied  with  good  intention.   • The  science  of  persuasion  –  how  and  why  others  will  support  your  ideas   • Why  life  “balance”  is  an  ineffective  approach  -­‐-­‐-­‐  think  PGA!   • Begin  the  360  assessment  tool  for  next  module.     Optional  Module  3  (2  days):   • The  essential  communication  skills  to  lower  the  hesitancy  of  difficult   conversations  with  superiors,  peers  and  direct  reports.  The  premise  is  to  have   improved  daily  conversations  (including  in  meeting  settings)  to  mitigate  the   build  up  of  more  difficult  emotionally  laden  conversations.   • How  to  gain  followership  through  trust  building  techniques.   • Do  others  see  your  leadership  as  you  see  your  leadership?  What  are  your   strengths  that  you  can  leverage?  What  might  you  strengthen?     o Deliver  the  360  results  and  start  the  Individual  Development  Plan  process.       Optional  Module  4  (2  days):   • Open  dialogue  on  the  more  pressing  growth  challenges  in  your  company   • How  to  scale  the  company  and  lead  through  cultural  change,  especially  the   transformation  from  R&D  into  products.    This  is  a  working  meeting  that  will   use  pragmatic  definitions  and  give  the  student  real  application  solutions.   • One-­‐on-­‐one  meetings  to  formalize  Individual  Development  Plans     Time:  Each  learning  module  is  a  two-­‐day  workshop  at  the  site  of  your  choosing.  It  is   recommended  to  space  multiple  modules  4-­‐6  weeks  apart.     Price:  $12,500  per  learning  module  for  up  to  10  participants.  (For  each  additional   participant,  add  $750  per  participant,  max  30  participants).  Includes  travel  expenses  and   assessment  tool  fees.

  • 6.             Discover  the  Power  of  your  Business  through  Your  Employees     Discover  the  link  between  employee  engagement  and  the  monthly  metrics  you  use  to  drive   your  business!    This  insight  allows  you  to  meet  your  strategic  goals  through  the  power  of   your  people.       Steps  include  an  Employee  Engagement  Survey  customized  to  your  strategic  and   measurable  targets,  debriefing  of  the  causal  links  between  the  two,  and  recommendations   for  inclusion  in  your  monthly  operational  reviews.       How  does  your  company  compare,  and  what  can  you  learn  from  the  insight  of  18  years  of   data,  2,800  companies,  and  1.3  million  survey  responses?    And  then  what  can  you  do  with   that  knowledge  to  differentiate  yourself  in  the  marketplace?    From  these  results  we  give  you   powerful,  targeted  solutions  to  address  your  most  pressing  need(s).     Time:    There  is  an  initial  investment  of  a  few  hours  by  a  designated  company  representative   to  ensure  the  survey  is  targeted  to  your  specific  strategic  needs.  Approximately  15  minutes   will  be  needed  by  employees  to  fill  out  the  survey.    A  final  video  conference  of  60  minutes   explains  the  results  and  provides  steps  forward.     Price:  $6,500  for  up  to  200  participants.   Employee   Feedback   Key  Op  Metrics:   Patient,  Safety,   Quality,   Financials   Business   Insight  
  • 7.             Design  Your  Desired  Culture     You’ve  successfully  grown  your  business  organically  and/or  merged  with  another  company   and  your  instincts  tell  you  that  the  culture  that  brought  you  today’s  success  is  not  the   culture  that  will  bring  tomorrow’s  success.  Proceed  with  intention  instead  of  being  pulled   along  by  the  momentum  forces.     This  is  a  unique  two  and  a  half  day  on-­‐site  workshop  that  provides  a  powerful  foundation   for  executive  leaders  to  transform  their  companies.    The  quote  “culture  eats  strategy  for   breakfast”  (Peter  Drucker)  is  highly  relevant  by  those  who  have  lived  it.    Yet,  most  of  us   avoid  dealing  with  cultural  transformation  because  of  its  ambiguous  nature.     This  workshop  provides  an  easy  to  analyze  definition  for  “culture”,  a  method  to  identify  the   current  state  of  your  company’s  culture,  understand  your  company’s  vision  and  strategic   goals,  design  with  intention  the  culture  that  you  wish  to  have  in  place,  and  list  the   actionable  tactics  that  will  realize  the  new  culture.  Install  the  measureable  outcomes  of   these  tactics  into  your  monthly  business  rhythm  to  ensure  successful  integration.    We  have   integrated  this  workshop  from  the  works  for  Clayton  M.  Christensen,  Patrick  Lencioni,  and   Daniel  Harkavy.     A  specific  application:  Previous  clients  have  leveraged  strengths  resulting  from  the  merger   of  two  organizations,  and  chose  to  co-­‐create  an  organization  of  the  cultural  best  practices.   The  outcome:  the  new  integrated  team  “owns”  the  vision  and  new  culture.  They  quiet  the   inevitable  detractors  who  are  change  resistant.  They  lead  instead  of  follow.    And  the   enthusiasm  is  infectious  and  spreads  through  the  organization.       Time:  Two  and  one  half  days.   Price:  $16,900  for  up  to  20  participants.    We  do  not  recommend  a  larger  group  for  this   workshop.    Includes  travel  expenses  and  assessment  fees.
