2. Identity
My idea for this campaign is promoting identity.
How do you see yourself?
How do people see you?
3. Target audience
My target audience are college and high school students between the ages of 11-17. Because
this is the age where people tend to start finding their identity.
I am also targeting any economy class, ethnicity and gender because having your own identity is
important.
4. What is my message.
My slogan for this assignment is:
‘Don’t force yourself into a social bubble that you can’t fit into’
5. Research facts and sources
Self identity: the definition of this is the recognition of one's potential and qualities as an
individual, especially in relation to social context.
This is a picture of a man
who has confidence in
himself.
This is a picture of a
person with no confidence
in himself.
6. Poster mock up
This is my mock up of my poster.
I used a picture of a group of people in a social bubble and I put
someone who doesn’t fit into it.
The person who doesn’t fit into it I used an image of a finger print
shaped as a head. This show that this person has no identity.
At the bottom I have my slogan.
8. Ideas for 30 second Radio advert
I’ll probably have somebody introducing themselves to someone a couple of people and they go
to one person and they ask them their name they say I don’t know and the same person will talk
to the audience and say I lost my identity by tying to fit into a social bubble I don’t fit into.
He or she can then say Don’t force yourself into a social bubble that you can’t fit into.
9. Ideas for 30 second TV advert
I was thinking of taping a people doing different things. So I was thinking of videoing a
leatherhead reserve training, people being social and someone just sitting in the corner with
his/her hood up showing they don’t have an identity.
10. Time plan
It took me 10-15 minutes to research the different poster and facts of identity. This gave me an
idea for my mock up poster.
For my 30 second advert I think it will take a couple of days because I will be filming a
Leatherhead reserves training and my basketball teams training and some footage at college.
11. Finish – impact statement
Thanks for listening to my pitch and remember
Don’t force yourself into a social bubble that you can’t fit into
Editor's Notes
So do you see yourself as a outgoing vibrant person who likes to do sports or go likes to go out to events or a person who keeps to themselves.
Another thing I will asking how do people see you? What I mean by this is first impressions. What are peoples first impressions when seeing you. Do you come across intimidating.
What I mean by this is if keep changing yourself to fit in with a certain type crowd that you don’t fit into your identity becomes lost.
Another definition of identity is the conception, qualities, beliefs, and expressions that make a person or group
