1. Unit 15 – Print Based Advertising
Project title:
Project:
Project Description:
This project is for taking any photos that I need for my posters and flyers for my
upcoming festival. The photos that I need will to represent the audience and my
festival as a whole. It needs to look eye catching to anyone who reads and
observes it on the street.
Photographer:
The photographer for this project will be me and there will be different types of
angles taken for my shots. They will also be taken from different places so I can
have a better idea of my surroundings. One will be taken in the dark with a glow
and the other will be near a sunset to determine which picture has a better effect
and better lighting.
Reference images and ideas:
I have chosen the name; Vision, because I believe it’s a name that reflects my
festival as it makes you picture an audience of fans visualizing their favourite
artists and influencing them to listen to their music. The name promotes
favoritism, positivity and optimism.
2. Unit 15 – Print Based Advertising
Casting:
The person involved in the pictures will just have their hands up because their
emotion in the picture needs to reflect that of what is shown on the poster.
Model requirements:
Because I need hands, there are no real model requirements that will need to be
considered as the hands can be of any size and width so it doesn’t really matter.
The colour of skin is irrelevant as the picture will be transferred to a basic black
and white tone for my design.
