Working Title:
What is it called? This can change if you think of something better later.
Product’s Purpose:
What is the product’s purpose (entertain/educate etc.) and how will you achieve this?
My products main purpose is to entertain through fashion, and it will also be informative and keep
people up to date on the latest celebrity action and trends. I will achieve this by putting in the work
I researched and all the genres I researched to fit my target audience and to keep them interested
and entertained. I will start by speaking on my double page spread about the latest fashion trends,
the latest releases and I will add celebrity appeal to intrigue more of my target audience.
Genre:
What sort of product is it?
A fashion magazine
Content
What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If
so, discuss it here
My magazine will have no storyline but may involve stories of recent affairs and situations
revolving around artists and fashion celebrities to help keep the readers up to date on everything
that is happening lately, the front cover will feature a modelling photo taken by me and also edited
by myself too in which I will try and add a certain style to interest the readers and draw them in and
I will make sure the magazine has enough headings and titles on it which my aimed audience will
be interested by. On my double page spread I will have on the left, an image of certain fashion and
underneath I will go into depth on the image and analyse the clothes the person in the image and
the features of it all for example, the price, the brand and where to find it and the release date.
Audience:
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person?
My audience is aimed 15+ for all genders as there will be some unisex clothing and accessories
features in my images and magazine. The reason I am aiming my magazine toward 15-year-olds
and upwards is because they will have a more general understanding and knowledge of the latest
street fashion and celebrities compared to that of much younger than 15 and older than that as
street fashion is usually aimed at and worn by younger to middle aged people meaning the older
generation may not be interested in my magazine. The social status of my target audience will be
targeted at middle class as the street fashion featured in my magazine will be of middle to higher
end clothing so someone of a lower social status may not be interested in the featured clothing. My
target psychographic will be those interested in American rap artists as they mainly popularised
the street fashion culture over in America and it has come to Britain, those interested in high end
clothing and also have an interest in graphic design and editing as I will try and make the front
cover as professional as possible to impress the readers and draw them in.

Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? None
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? No
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities?
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? By making sure I do not discuss any controversial
topics in my magazine and stick to PG language
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? No, I am creating it all myself.
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement?
Yes, I will avoid all likeness of other products and make my product all on my own to avoid any
copyright infringement.
