This document is a food diary for one week written by Jorge Carrasco Arnaz. Each day lists what was eaten for breakfast, a morning break snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. The diary tracks meals and snacks over five weekdays and the weekend days of Saturday and Sunday. A variety of foods are listed including cereals, sandwiches, fruits, meats, eggs, soups and desserts.

1. MY FOOD DIARY

2. Monday
On Monday I had orange juice and cereal for breakfast. At break, I
had cured ham sandwich. For lunch I had lentils and yogurt. In the
afternoon, for a snack I had pureed fruit. For dinner, I had sausages with
ketchup and mashed potatoes puree.

3. Tuesday
On Tuesday I had orange juice and cereal for breakfast. At break, I had
some cookies and water. For lunch I had macaroni with tomato and
banana. In the afternoon, for a snack I had jelly. For dinner, I had pizza
with ketchup and cheese.

4. Lunch
Wednesday
On Wednesday I had orange juice and cereal for breakfast. At break, I
had fruit. For lunch I had meat with potatoes and ice cream. In the
afternoon, for a snack I had chocolate milk shake. For dinner, I had fish
with potatoes.

5. Thursday
On Thursday I had orange juice and cereal for breakfast. At break,
I had an apple. For lunch I had rice with tomatoe and egg and
strawberry yogurt. In the afternoon, for a snack I had toast with butter.
For dinner, I had peas with cured ham.

6. Friday
On Friday I had orange juice and cereal for breakfast. At break, I had an
sandwich. For lunch I had fish, soap soup and fried eggs frie and melon. In
the afternoon, for a snack I had milk with cookies . For dinner, I had
some potatoes omelette.

7. Saturday
On Saturday and Sundays I do not usually don’t have breakfast to make at
break because I get up late.
On Saturday I had orange juice, chocolate and churros fritter. For lunch, I
had chinese food. In the afternoon, I had pancakes with chocolate and
cream.
For dinner, I had a hamburguer.
