I had watermelon. For

chicken steak cooked
in breadcrums fillet
3. TUESDAY
On Tuesday I had bread
with juice for breakfast.
At break, I had a muffin
and an actimel. For
lunch, I had sme soup.
In the afternoon I had a
banana. For dinner, I
had some pumpkin
puree.
4. WEDNESDAY
On Wednesday I had
yoghurts for
breakfast. At break, I
had butter cookies.
For lunch I had lentils.
In the afternoon I had
melon. For dinner, I
had sausages.
