The Purpose:
The purpose of this note is to inform the Minister and her policy community of Bill
75 Alcohol Gaming and Charity Funding Public Interest Act 1996 and the
amendments to the Gaming Control Act, 1992 to legalize video lottery terminals
(VLTs). Before re introducing VLTs into Ontario, it is critical to understand the
strategies and outcomes that led to its current legislation.
Current Situation:
After the snap election, the new PC Government is considering introducing VLTs into
Ontario to generate more non tax revenue. The current legislation gives exclusive
VLTs rights to race tracks. It is anticipated that there will be two major... Show more

King s Landing, Robb promised his people that he will get revenge for his late
father. He was determined to make sure that the Lannister s reign will end and that
