sodium. The most frequently observed sodium deficiency occurs when excessive heat
causes heavy perspiration, thus reducing body water and sodium to the extent that

Symptoms may include feelings of weakness, apathy, and nausea as well as cramps
in the muscles of the extremities. Taking additional salt in tablet form is a preventive

This Club season, I would like to improve my knowledge of the sport, understand
how to be a supportive teammate, and develop into a better and more experienced
volleyball player.
The position I enjoy the most is the outside hitter. I am fond of this position because
I am not only a skilled and talented hitter, but I am also useful in backrow. Therefore,
an outside hitter is my desired position because I believe this is where I would be the
most useful to the team.
I would absolutely consider playing another position because I desire to support my
team in anyway the coaches see fit.
A position I am not willing to play is right side hitter because in a previous club
season, I was placed in that position and I did not get much playing time and I felt
as though I was not benefitting my team in any way. Also, I enjoy passing in the

School is a very big aspect of my life and my goal is to continue to move forward in
