How Smart Phones Helps Drivers On The Road
Have you ever been told by a family member or friend to no use your phone when driving, because
you can get into an accident? I know I have. For as long as I can remember, there has been a stigma
placed on phone usage while driving, and because of that stigma, some people view them as a
distraction, and nothing more. As a result, they miss out on the vast repertoire of features that could
actually be of help to them. Since the uprising of distracted driving accidents, all the good that smart
phones can do kind of goes unnoticed. But what a lot of people fail to realize, is that smart phones
have an abundance of features that can assist drivers on the road. Only when these features are used,
and people stop texting, checking social media, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Smart phone navigation systems are one of the many ways that they can assist drivers while on the
road. GPS navigation has evolved from simple turn by turn navigation, into something more. Bartlett
and Spinelli also mention a feature in which drivers can choose whether they want to detour around
certain obstructions like car accidents, lane closings, and obstructions of that nature. Averting these
types of obstructions gives the driver a much safer route to their destination, as well as eliminates the
threat of a possible collision, which tends to occur most frequently in those areas. They state how this
simplifies finding those trouble spots, and how it eliminates flicking through various radio stations
while trying to get traffic info, especially since the radio tends to focus on the major accidents, and
sometimes misses the other obstructions. Bartlett and Spinelli expand upon this, and go into detail on
how it works: With a traffic service, the navigation device will receive periodic updates based on your
driving path or (if entered) programmed destination. It can provide on screen alerts and even indicate
the traffic flow rate. Usually the driver can tap a traffic icon to receive info on how long the delay is,
what type of obstruction (accident, construction, lane closing), and then decide whether or not to
detour around a trouble spot. Also, general traffic in the area can often be displayed by going into the
menu of the

CHAPTER TWO
CONCEPTUAL, LEGAL AND REGULATORY FRAMEWORK GOVERNING CROSS BORDER
MOBILE TRANSACTIONS
2.1 Introduction
This chapter discusses the conceptual framework governing cross border mobile transaction taking
into consideration all the players and stakeholders involved in the transfer. It further expresses the role
of the Bank of Tanzania and Central Bank of Kenya in regulating National payment systems as well as
the role played by Tanzania Communication Regulatory Authority and Communication Authority of
Kenya in regulating mobile Number Operators.
2.2 Cross Border Mobile Transfer and Stakeholders Involved
Cross border mobile enviroment has a number of stakeholder who ensutres the functionability from
cross border mobile transactions. They include mobile network operators(MNO),banking and financial
institutions. Parties involved in the mobile money transfer has widened because the new laws requires
a licenced payment provider to open and maintain a trust account and to open and maintain a special
account. this means that the banks have now been included in the mobile payment envinroment
because the funds of the customers are now stored in the banks.
2.3 Liability of Vodacom Tanzania and Safaricom Kenya as Subsidiary Companies

Tissues and Cell Structures
Tissues are groupings of cells with similar functions. There are four main kinds of human tissues:
Muscle Tissue
Muscular tissue is made up of cells that have sliding protein (actin, a globular protein, and myosin)
filaments. As these filaments slide over each other, they cause the cell to contract. Cells are arranged
in cables within cables, twined around each other, so that when a muscle contracts, it is actually
millions of cells contracting synchronously. There are three types of muscle tissue; cardiac muscle that
operates in the heart; skeletal muscle which is used for locomotion (among other functions) and is
found all over the body; and smooth muscle which is found in a variety of organs (such as the stomach
and bladder) and in blood vessels. Smooth muscle also causes our hair to stand on end.
Nervous Tissue
Nervous tissue makes up the brain and nervous system. It is used to transmit information around the
body for a huge variety of tasks (for example, controlling muscles). Apart from in the brain, it is also
found in the spine and in sensory organs such as the eyes. It is made up of cells called neurons which
transmit electric chemical signals around the body and centrally to the brain. For example, when we
feel pain in our finger, it is caused by sensory input to the nerve cells in the finger, which transmit an
electric impulse to the brain. The brain then translates this impulse into what we call pain.
Epithelial Tissue
Epithelial tissue, among other things,

Similarities Between Tim Burton And Edward Scissorhands
Tim Burton is a director and makes some very dark and erie movies. Burton uses camera angles,
music/sounds, and lighting to create an odd and creepy scenes. He uses all these in his famous movies
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Edward Scissorhands. Tim Burton expertly uses long shots to
make a scene feel erie or to show the immense size. Like in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory the
long shot in the beginning shows the size of the factory compared to the town. In Edward
Scissorhands the long shot of Peg in the castle shows how big the rooms are compared to her and
gives the erie feeling like something bad will happen. Both were expertly used in both scene and got
their intended affects. Tim Burton is an expert in long shots. Music

Abstract
Organizations both large and small, all share a common feature. This feature is internal and external
stakeholders. An organization can have a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. It is vital
to make certain that designated managers within the organization keeps both internal and external
stakeholders informed of accolades, potential problems, problems, as well as any other issue that has

Either way: there will be disgruntled customers.
Consider the first choice: rolling the game out with the technical issues still remaining. Yes, we would
more than likely exceed our sales expectation. We are more than certain that the game would sale, as
our sales records show, but if the customers are dissatisfied with our product that be reflected in future
sales. How would this choice change the opinions of our customers? Perhaps they would think that
compared to our previous products, this game is not what they expected, I wasted my money, this
game is not working properly and I would like a refund and so on. How would we as an organization
recover from this? Would we be able to recover? The potential for loss is very great in this situation.
Now, consider the second choice: delaying the release of the video game allowing our video game
developers more time to resolve the technical bugs, and bring our product up to spec. This will
however prevent the organization from reaching its projected sales goal. How would this make the
customer feel? Perhaps they would be disappointed for the additional wait, they may be very pleased
with the quality of or product once again, they may feel as is the additional wait was well worth it
because the product is outstanding. What would this mean for future sales? Increased customer
loyalty, increased sales, and we would

Surface Segregation and Formation of Silver Nanoparticles Created
In situ in Polyvinyl alcohol Films.
1 Introduction.
Preparation, characterization, and physical properties of a nanostructured materials of silver
(nanoparticles and nanocomposites) have been the subject of various researcher in many scientific
laboratories during the past years for many studies and it has been also established that size, stability,
color, shape, and properties depend on the method of preparation (radiation, photochemical,
electrochemical, and chemical) as well as experimental factors such as [reactants], [stabilizer and/or
capping agents], temperature, order of mixing of reactants, presence of stabilizers and capping agents
and even on the addition rate of reducing agents [1 12].
The properties of such nanocomposites can further be improved through various treatments like,
annealing, UV irradiation and Gamma irradiation is one of the extensively used tools to alter the
structural, optical properties [13, 14], Many of reports were used gamma irradiation to synthesis the
Ag nanoparticles in PVA [15,16], and the other literature were prepared Ag PVA nanocomposite films
and then irradiated with gamma at doses (25, 50, 75, 100 KGy) [17]. According to this literature the
absorption peak intensity at 427 nm for silver nanoparticles is increased with increasing the gamma
doses, until the higher doses 100 KGy, its decrease and the reason for this behaviour at higher doses

Roles of African American Women during the Abolitionist Movement Many are well aware of the
historical movement the, Abolitionist Movement but, are they aware of the women that were
involved? When the abolitionist movement started, its goal was to immediately emancipate all slaves
and the end racial discrimination and segregation in the North and South. However, they weren t
granted emancipation until the 1870s. During this movement there were many men activists involved
as well as women activists. Women during this era, fought not only in the front line for rights, but also
behind the scenes as they integrated their rights for freedom in their daily lives. Women abolitionists
fought for freedom through educating blacks, both free and enslaved, circulating petitions, writing
letters/poems, and publishing articles about anti slavery into periodicals such as the Liberator. There
was such diversity in the women, who participated in anti slavery activities, the variety of the goals or
purposes in which they pursued, and the barriers in which they faced as women. A woman who was
very involved in the movement was Maria W. Stewart. Stewart was an African American woman who,
after her husband died and got the inheritance he left for her taken away by the white executors of her
husband s will, published many essays on religion, racism, and slavery. She was connected with an

growth during their recent history. China s GDP in 1952 was a mere 67.9 billion USD which has
grown to 10.87 trillion USD today. This GDP growth is mirrored and positively correlated with China
s tremendous population growth. China has experienced a population growth from under 552 million

millet, and wheat. Scholars argue over the which grains were a part of the traditional five. Another
version of the Classic of Rights replaces rice with hemp. Before the rise of Confucius there was no
prior record of the way that the Chinese cooked their food. Confucius through his teaching and
wisdom laid the groundwork and developed the norms

The Theme Of Anthem, By Ayn Rand
Anthem, by Ayn Rand, is a book that deals with topics of power, love, and individualism, and societal
and personal differences . The theme of anthem, that individuality must be protected, is widespread
and prominent, referenced throughout the book, from the viewpoint of the main character.
This will go over the character, the time, and the setting in the book, helping to show and understand
the theme because the author can convey plot points and themed information better through the
components of the book themselves, rather than outright stating it in the book.
The character helps understand the theme in the story, that individuality must be treasured in our
society, because it shows what the emotional and physical links to the society in the book, as well as
the mental states and feelings influencing the text.
The main character is named Equality 7 252 . He described himself as 6 , and he had always been
more interested in the scientific attributes of nature, rather than the job at hand. He held little regard
for the rules of the society, as shown by his disregard to law. The laws say that none among men may
be alone, ever and at any time, for this is the great transgression and the root of all evil. But we have
broken many laws, (Rand )
This character helped understand the theme in the story, that individuality must be treasured in our
society, since the character is , while struggling to maintain his own individuality. ...and we would
work for our brothers, gladly and willingly, ...What is my life, if I am but to bow, to agree and to
obey?... (Rand). This quote helps support the theme in the novel by showing Equality s individuality
in different parts of the book. At the beginning, he denied his individuality and tried to blend in with
the conformist society, while at the end, he accepts and treasures his individuality. This relates to the
theme by showing that his individuality is treasured and valued by him.
The character and the setting work together to help find the theme in multiple ways. The characters
lives and works in the setting, while the setting and society helps influence the main character. The
setting shows where the character lives in the world, and how the culture in

Why An Individual Can Have A Bad Credit Score
Ways to start rebuilding your credit score
There are many reasons why an individual can have a bad credit rating. Common reasons include a
loss of employment , medical bills and a divorce. Whatever the reasons are in your life, if you have
gone through a period of time in your life that has left you with a bad credit rating, there are several
things you can do to begin to build your credit rating back up.
First understand the major factors used to calculate credit ratings
Although there are different ways a lender will calculate a credit score, the basic credit score that
people use is called a FICO score, and this is developed from four criteria. One is payment history.
This is followed by your credit to debt ratio, and the final two are the length of your credit history as
well as the type of credit you have. In order to build up a better credit rating, you will need to address
issues that relate to these four factors.
Look at your credit report
The first thing you need to do is look at your credit report. There is really nothing stopping you from
doing this because your can get a Free Credit Report. Once you get your report, you need to sit down
and look at it carefully. There are, however, three credit agencies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
It is possible that your credit report could be different from one agency to the other. This is because
not every lender reports to all three agencies, but even when they show differences, overall, they will
be close to each

The United States And Saudi Arabia
It s a particularly noteworthy development when oil prices are down by 50%. During the past decade,
the price of oil has traveled from $60 per barrel to its peak of $146 during 2009, then in 2015 it fell
into a steep decline again to below $50. Since oil is sold in a global market, the increase or decrease of
its price has a tremendous impact on all economies throughout the world. This research goes in depth
on how the shift in oil prices has affected Saudi Arabia and the US s economies, the world s biggest
oil producers. The issue will be broken down to three components; a brief summary of the laws and
regulations that possibly affected the change in oil prices, how it is currently affecting the US and
Saudi Arabia s economies, and their quest for alternative solutions. The purpose of this research is to
analyze how both the United States and Saudi Arabia have been affected and what progressive
measures they are willing to take in response to the steep decline of oil prices.
Origin of recent decline in oil prices Aside from the 2008 crisis, prices of oil have never been cut in
half in a matter of months since 1900 until just recently in 2014. What might ve caused this steep
decrease in prices? Well, it appears as though the surge in US oil production had a primary role in
breaking the market. Meanwhile, demand had remained fairly stagnant. Extensive federal intervention
into the United States oil and gas markets began back in 1930s and continued well through the

Christianity And The Religion Of Islam
Christianity and the religion of islam have many differences. I believe it s time for someone to go into
depth of how Christianity and Islam are similar and different. One thing to remember is that all this is
based on Historical discoveries, and my opinions are based on my research. So, without further ado,
let s get started. Take in mind that I have never read the, Qur an , or the, Holy Bible . I will try my best
to make everything factual. The descendant Christianity: All christians believe that Jesus was sent
down from heaven by God, to free us from sin. Christians believe this because it is stated in the bible
several times and even has an entire book in the bible dedicated to Jesus s birth, life, death, and finally
resurrection. After being accused countless times for being a liar, people soon started to realize that
Jesus was not practicing witchcraft because he arose from the dead. Take in mind that people watched
him die, and they buried his dead body behind a giant rock. The descendant Islamic Faith: In this
religious practice, they don t believe somebody descended straight from heaven to spread the word of
God. What they do believe is that the prophet Muhammad came to the people to spread the word of
God. Muhammad was a descendant of the prophet Ishmael, and the son of the prophet ibrahim. He
was very well respected by all and seemed very trustworthy by many. People believed in everything
he said because of the level of trust he had gained. I mean, the

Advantages Of Niche Marketing

GROOVING BY NICHE MARKETING

Assistant Professor

Abstract:
Niche marketing refers to the submarket where specific products are marketed. More specifically
niche marketing refers to narrow market segment where products with special offering survives. Niche
marketing basically works with a concept of `Big fish in small pond. ` By targeting a niche market, the
marketer can serve in more specialized manner and can create a situation of monopoly. The market
notices the difference in the value of services provided by a niche marketer and generates loyalty.
Now the companies are realizing the power of niche marketing and ... Show more content on

Small or medium size businessman often functions as niche marketers focusing on specific customers.
Niche marketers are generally small or medium sized firms due to their focus on narrow market
segment. Larger firms due to lack of flexibility scope are generally reluctant to enter niche marketing.
However there are exceptions to this belief. For example Johnson Johnson, Procter Gamble, Rolex
watches, Nike, Roll Royce are some of the renowned firms which opt niche marketing.
Limitations in Niche Marketing:
One of the limitations of niche marketing is that this market strategy is not suitable for long term
business because of the fact that niche does not offer sufficient business. In case if one`s business has
to rely on selling large quantity or large number of products then niche marketing is not a place to
business.
If the niche market is invaded by large firms then it will be very difficult for small or medium sized
firms to compete question of survival may come.
If any firm is solely dependent on niche marketing then its survival chances get reduced as the niche
market is not that adequate significant that one can totally rely on

Compare and Contrast the Ways Philip Sidney s Astrophil...
Introduction
In the late sixteenth and the seventeenth century, new ideas and motives in arts, inspired by the past
but concerned with new concepts, appeared. Building on a courtly love, some writers and poets
attempted to discuss the nature of love by commenting on gender issues and sexuality (MacArthur,
1989). Thus, love conventions, based on a passion or an unrequited love, would change, challenging
social norms and discussing male and female sexualities. On the one hand, the authors explore male
sexualities and a desire for a woman. Phillip Sidney s narrator is a lustful, musing about his chosen
woman, her body and a sexual intercourse. Milton s character Comus resembles a similar character
when attempting to seduce the Lady, and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This male desire is given devious and egotistic connotations, because it overcomes reason, and
becomes preoccupied with Stella s body. Stella, on the other hand, is personified Love and Virtue but
that body grant to us (AS, sonnet 52.14). However, Astrophil remains lustful, and when he is denied
her body, he views her as too too cruel (AS, sonnet 2.3 4), and becomes resentful.
John Milton: Comus, A Mask presented at Ludlow Castle (1634)
Milton s mask, presenting notions of chastity and a rampant sexuality, uses Comus, a devious
character, to address the issue of physical desire. Comus, a passionate and sexual necromancer,
captures the Lady, brings her to his pleasure palace, and attempts to seduce her through magic and a
persuasion to be not coy (C, p.44). Similarly to Sidney s poet, Comus experiences a narcissistic
temptation of a bodily pleasure, which makes him more emotional than his female victim. By using a
phallic symbol, his wand, he enchants the Lady, and offers her food and drink to increase her appetite
and her desire. Her serve the drink in a cup, symbolically representing a well of sexual pleasures.
Thus, his idea of passion is of natural impulses, projected through the body rather than the mind. But
the Lady, just like Stella, recognises a higher nature of her virtues, and thus she defeats the Comus.
Hence, the two characters represent two opposites: body and mind, desire and rationality, and lust and
morality. The author

Children Dealing with Life and Death
Most children ponder the thought of what life would be like without their parents. They imagine how
amazing and fun a life filled with jokes and no rules would be. Not even having to go to school if you
did not want to. Except this is not how life works. When a parent dies and the reality sets in, it quickly
shows us that life is not all fun and games. The death of a parent is a devastating reality for any young
child to bare. This abrupt reality may have long lasting effects as each child has their own unique way
of perceiving life s events. In the blink of an eye ones world may be completely twisted around. This
kind of tragedy has the ability to shape a child in both negative and positive ways. They are now faced
with the task of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Another type of death is one by tragedy that can be unexpected and can be more devastating than
prolonged death in that it occurs suddenly and without notice. More often than not parents die
unexpectedly and their children are left behind in a big scary world with no guidelines on how to
survive. In part this is because parents do not expect to die while their child or children are still young.
Planning ahead for the future can be difficult for parents emotionally as well as culturally and in some
cases even financially. Initially when a parent dies it seems as if they have all the support in the world
by people who love them. Most people seem to think that after a year or more children should be well
adjusted, happy and have made it through their traumatic loss. A child s perspective may seem
different in fact they may feel more alone. A child named Abby had this to say about that topic The
pain got worse! Because the initial shock wears off, people stop coming to your house, and you are
left....with yourself (Simon, Johnson 49). What most people do not realize is that they still are not
okay.
No one can completely prepare for the unknown when a child loses a parent no one can predict how
each child will grieve. The caretaker of the child who is grieving has the responsibility of trying to
understand the child s thoughts or questions. When a child s parent has died adjusting to a new way of
life can be extremely difficult

Minor Squabbles
Huber states that creative problem solving is the most effective mode of conflict management (2014,
p. 175). Initially, the nurse manager should allow all parties involved an opportunity to explain their
position. This projects an authentic interest and commitment to fairness on the part of the manager, as
the manager attempts to reframe the conflict into a productive outcome.
Not all conflict needs to be addressed. Small, minor squabbles can sometimes be left to extinguish on
their own, this is using the avoiding technique. However, minor squabbles that draw the attention and
added investment of others may fan the flames of conflict and require an intervention by the nurse
manager. Accommodation is another technique used in conflict management.

The Cause And Effect Of Leaded Gasoline
Near the end of 1857, President James Buchanan was faced with increasing economic turmoil due to
the Panic of 1857. According to Panic of 1857 on The failure of several important businesses and the
fall in grain prices led to an economic downturn that affected the entire United States, which
Buchanan chose to ignore. This financial slump ended several years later, but the consequences
exacerbated other issues in the U.S., especially the tensions between the North and the South. In 1965,
Clair Cameron Patterson published a scientific paper identifying the problem of lead contamination in
humans and the environment due to leaded gasoline. To his surprise, he found that the gasoline
industry, the government, and even much of the scientific community did not jump to eliminate lead
from gasoline. In fact, it was an uphill battle for Patterson against several powerful corporations to
initiate the phaseout of leaded gasoline. The two situations listed above may seem to be completely
unrelated to each other, and that is generally an accurate assessment. However, both circumstances
have a similarity in that they are issues with roots in economics. Modern observers can identify many
times in United States history during which the government chose not to become involved in
economic issues it could have easily stabilized or prevented. Unfortunately, these problems did not
cease to exist on the chimerical border between the past and the present. In fact, the United States is

2I First Draft, Summary Synthesis with argument Paper
Nov. 1st, 2016 The originate of uncertainty How does thin sliced judgment compose the society of
United States help us think critically?
The thin sliced judgment, explained most commonly, is the impression we have when we meet
someone or experience something impressive. In the article, On the Face of It: The Psychology of
Electability, Konnikova said Those facial cues, in turn may stem from a far more basic impulse, since
we respond to those same features as children.. this kind of intuitive reaction is originated from
childhood and grows up with all the people, and it is supported by the data that in French
parliamentary election. People rate candidates only by their facial creatures and then 72% of the data
is corresponding to the actual election result, which is unbelievable for most people. Since the thin
sliced judgment is part of instinct and it is hard for us to change it, it does not limit or stablize our
mind but makes us more creative. This kind of statement could be illustrated by several arguments. In
Johnson s article Race Baiting for the Presidency, it talks about the racism used by the candidates to
win the campaign. The statements inside another article , Study: Sexist Insults Hurt Female Politicians
by Page, hold the negative points about the treating for women politicians.

Evolution And Catastrophes
Patterns of Vertebrate Evolution and Catastrophes
Catastrophic events, such as mass extinctions, floods, earthquakes, disease, and more recently war, are
all events that have shaped vertebrate evolution through time. In prehistoric times, mass extinctions
have been caused by asteroid and meteor impacts, which can cause serious environmental damage by
ejecting dust and debris (Carpenter and Bishop, 2009). The stress from the impact could trigger
additional earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, and would further eradicate living species from the globe
following the direct impact of an asteroid or meteor (Carpenter and Bishop, 2009). With recent
research in the Deccan plateau of India following the KPg extinction, the role of volcanism in mass ...

The phenology of vertebrates was greatly altered by the mass extinctions and catastrophes that have
occurred in history and still have an effect on vertebrates today. The main hypothesis for the global
climate change following mass extinctions, particularly the Cretaceous Paleogene (KPg), is black
carbon spread throughout the globe and altered solar radiation to create a system of global cooling
(Kaiho et al., 2016). The cooling of the Earth s temperature created a sudden drop in precipitation and
a 50 60% decrease in sunlight following the impact of the asteroid (Kaiho et al., 2016). Research
shows that following the impact of the KPg extinction precipitation has substantially decreased and
depends on the latitude (Kaiho 2016). The Late Ordovician mass extinction was the first of the Big
Five and can be clearly connected with climate change (Finnegan et al., 2012). The Late Ordovician
mass extinction can be explained by the climactic common cause hypothesis, which states that climate
cooling has a direct influence on extinction rates by forcing tropical taxa to live in climates that did
not match their niche (Finnegan et al., 2012). In a research study done on the effects of climate change
in the Late Ordovician, patterns of thermal tolerance range indicators show cooling and habitat loss as
an important driver

California s St. Francis Dam Collapse
Mr. Mulholland is an intelligent, sharp, and observant builder. he didn t seem to study much about
dams because the dam that he built was built on schist which water slides under. This man was known
throughout History for his confidence of how to build the dam. He seemed pretty gruff and impatient,
He seemed like he wanted to just get done with his work. Mulholland wanted to get it done because it
was a very long task, There are some answers to why Mulholland built the dam badly. One reason is
that it was probably too much on the dam. As the head of the department of power, Mr. Mulholland
faced a huge challenge which was to provide water for a rapidly grwoing city. People really need
water for getting clean. Mullholland thought he could help the people to get get water by building a
dam. He was mostly doing it for money. More water is always best for LA County because all
California has is sum most of the time, especially Southern California. Mr. Mulholland conceived a
daring plan to build the largest Dam in the world located in San Francisquito Canyon. As the designer
of the St. Francis Dam, Mr. Mulholland had to find a well structured place to build the Dam. He
needed to be very wise on where he built the dam. Mr. Mulholland also needed to be intelligent to
build the Dam. The Dam needed to be secure to prevent the heavy water to spill out. According to Mr.
Mulholland, the dam was built in San Francisquito Canyon off of San Francisquito Rd. The Dam

Canadian Immigration Summary
A brief summary
This book is written from an economic perspective by three economic professors emeritus at Queen s
university. The purpose of the book is to inform readers of political science, public policy,
governmental agency, and immigration studies about the changes in immigration policies. It also gives
some ideas on how to improve policies geared specifically towards the skilled worker s immigration
category. According to the authors, it acts as a statistic reference for professors and researchers. It is
likewise a great source for people that are interested in social studies. In this book, authors discuss
mainly the development of Canadian Immigration policy, the history of this complicated immigration
process and some major changes ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It is a major change that is affecting the current economic immigration policy and the Canadian labor
market. Ever since the authors noticed that FSWP is playing a smaller role as immigration policy
became more responsive to the short term need of Canadian employers. They declare that this is tragic
to the durable development of our society because it only satisfies the short term need in the job
market. As for me, even though it is understandable in having temporary workers can be a quick
solution to the labor market shortage. At the same time, it can also solve the problem of the long
delays of FSWP. However, it creates two different treatments towards immigrants and temporary
workers in the long run. Consequently, it will affect local Canadians greatly by having double
standards. Therefore, I believe our top priority should be focused on how to balance the current and
temporary needs of the labor market from the periodical workers and the long term demands of the

The Pros And Cons Of The European Debt Crisis
Introduction
After the Lisbon treaty was signed, it became noticeable that the Eurozone (which started in Greece)
was in a deep financial crisis. The EU has taken a number of different steps to deal with the financial
debt crisis throughout the Eurozone. These are the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF), the
European Stability Mechanism (ESM) and the European Financial Stabilisation Mechanism (EFSM).
Throughout this essay I will concentrate on the EFSF and the EFSM and if and how the provisions of
the Unions treaty were violated by these. I will evaluate different case law throughout recent years to
show us the illegality of these, which often violated the treaties of the European Union while also
talking a little bit about the ESM, ECB and the IMF. I will also talk about the Greek Bailout and the
bail out clause with a small reference to the Pringle case.
The legal basis of these is all completely different and each has a different system. Most countries
within the Eurozone end up resorting to international and private law techniques. Before getting into

emergency mechanisms, are Ireland, Greece and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

created outside the confines of the EU and the EFSF is a private company therefore is illegal in the
eyes of EU law set up by the Eurozone countries. As we saw with the Pringle case a lot of questions
have arisen whether ESM is with the provision of the EU treaties, although it was proved that it was
legal, it showed us how one can challenge the legality of these emergency

  • 2. How Smart Phones Helps Drivers On The Road Have you ever been told by a family member or friend to no use your phone when driving, because you can get into an accident? I know I have. For as long as I can remember, there has been a stigma placed on phone usage while driving, and because of that stigma, some people view them as a distraction, and nothing more. As a result, they miss out on the vast repertoire of features that could actually be of help to them. Since the uprising of distracted driving accidents, all the good that smart phones can do kind of goes unnoticed. But what a lot of people fail to realize, is that smart phones have an abundance of features that can assist drivers on the road. Only when these features are used, and people stop texting, checking social media, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Smart phone navigation systems are one of the many ways that they can assist drivers while on the road. GPS navigation has evolved from simple turn by turn navigation, into something more. Bartlett and Spinelli also mention a feature in which drivers can choose whether they want to detour around certain obstructions like car accidents, lane closings, and obstructions of that nature. Averting these types of obstructions gives the driver a much safer route to their destination, as well as eliminates the threat of a possible collision, which tends to occur most frequently in those areas. They state how this simplifies finding those trouble spots, and how it eliminates flicking through various radio stations while trying to get traffic info, especially since the radio tends to focus on the major accidents, and sometimes misses the other obstructions. Bartlett and Spinelli expand upon this, and go into detail on how it works: With a traffic service, the navigation device will receive periodic updates based on your driving path or (if entered) programmed destination. It can provide on screen alerts and even indicate the traffic flow rate. Usually the driver can tap a traffic icon to receive info on how long the delay is, what type of obstruction (accident, construction, lane closing), and then decide whether or not to detour around a trouble spot. Also, general traffic in the area can often be displayed by going into the menu of the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 4. Tissues and Cell Structures Tissues are groupings of cells with similar functions. There are four main kinds of human tissues: Muscle Tissue Muscular tissue is made up of cells that have sliding protein (actin, a globular protein, and myosin) filaments. As these filaments slide over each other, they cause the cell to contract. Cells are arranged in cables within cables, twined around each other, so that when a muscle contracts, it is actually millions of cells contracting synchronously. There are three types of muscle tissue; cardiac muscle that operates in the heart; skeletal muscle which is used for locomotion (among other functions) and is found all over the body; and smooth muscle which is found in a variety of organs (such as the stomach and bladder) and in blood vessels. Smooth muscle also causes our hair to stand on end. Nervous Tissue Nervous tissue makes up the brain and nervous system. It is used to transmit information around the body for a huge variety of tasks (for example, controlling muscles). Apart from in the brain, it is also found in the spine and in sensory organs such as the eyes. It is made up of cells called neurons which transmit electric chemical signals around the body and centrally to the brain. For example, when we feel pain in our finger, it is caused by sensory input to the nerve cells in the finger, which transmit an electric impulse to the brain. The brain then translates this impulse into what we call pain. Epithelial Tissue Epithelial tissue, among other things, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

How would we as an organization recover from this? Would we be able to recover? The potential for loss is very great in this situation. Common reasons include a loss of employment , medical bills and a divorce. Whatever the reasons are in your life, if you have gone through a period of time in your life that has left you with a bad credit rating, there are several things you can do to begin to build your credit rating back up. First understand the major factors used to calculate credit ratings Although there are different ways a lender will calculate a credit score, the basic credit score that people use is called a FICO score, and this is developed from four criteria. One is payment history. This is followed by your credit to debt ratio, and the final two are the length of your credit history as well as the type of credit you have. In order to build up a better credit rating, you will need to address issues that relate to these four factors. Look at your credit report The first thing you need to do is look at your credit report. There is really nothing stopping you from doing this because your can get a Free Credit Report. Once you get your report, you need to sit down and look at it carefully. There are, however, three credit agencies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. It is possible that your credit report could be different from one agency to the other. During the past decade, the price of oil has traveled from $60 per barrel to its peak of $146 during 2009, then in 2015 it fell into a steep decline again to below $50. Since oil is sold in a global market, the increase or decrease of its price has a tremendous impact on all economies throughout the world. This research goes in depth on how the shift in oil prices has affected Saudi Arabia and the US s economies, the world s biggest oil producers. The issue will be broken down to three components; a brief summary of the laws and regulations that possibly affected the change in oil prices, how it is currently affecting the US and Saudi Arabia s economies, and their quest for alternative solutions. The purpose of this research is to analyze how both the United States and Saudi Arabia have been affected and what progressive measures they are willing to take in response to the steep decline of oil prices. Origin of recent decline in oil prices Aside from the 2008 crisis, prices of oil have never been cut in half in a matter of months since 1900 until just recently in 2014. What might ve caused this steep decrease in prices? Well, it appears as though the surge in US oil production had a primary role in breaking the market. Meanwhile, demand had remained fairly stagnant. Extensive federal intervention into the United States oil and gas markets began back in 1930s and continued well through the ... • 23. Compare and Contrast the Ways Philip Sidney s Astrophil... Introduction In the late sixteenth and the seventeenth century, new ideas and motives in arts, inspired by the past but concerned with new concepts, appeared. Building on a courtly love, some writers and poets attempted to discuss the nature of love by commenting on gender issues and sexuality (MacArthur, 1989). Thus, love conventions, based on a passion or an unrequited love, would change, challenging social norms and discussing male and female sexualities. On the one hand, the authors explore male sexualities and a desire for a woman. Phillip Sidney s narrator is a lustful, musing about his chosen woman, her body and a sexual intercourse. This male desire is given devious and egotistic connotations, because it overcomes reason, and becomes preoccupied with Stella s body. Stella, on the other hand, is personified Love and Virtue but that body grant to us (AS, sonnet 52.14). However, Astrophil remains lustful, and when he is denied her body, he views her as too too cruel (AS, sonnet 2.3 4), and becomes resentful. John Milton: Comus, A Mask presented at Ludlow Castle (1634) Milton s mask, presenting notions of chastity and a rampant sexuality, uses Comus, a devious character, to address the issue of physical desire. Comus, a passionate and sexual necromancer, captures the Lady, brings her to his pleasure palace, and attempts to seduce her through magic and a persuasion to be not coy (C, p.44). Similarly to Sidney s poet, Comus experiences a narcissistic temptation of a bodily pleasure, which makes him more emotional than his female victim. By using a phallic symbol, his wand, he enchants the Lady, and offers her food and drink to increase her appetite and her desire. Her serve the drink in a cup, symbolically representing a well of sexual pleasures. Thus, his idea of passion is of natural impulses, projected through the body rather than the mind. But the Lady, just like Stella, recognises a higher nature of her virtues, and thus she defeats the Comus. Hence, the two characters represent two opposites: body and mind, desire and rationality, and lust and morality. The author ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Planning ahead for the future can be difficult for parents emotionally as well as culturally and in some cases even financially. According to Panic of 1857 on The failure of several important businesses and the fall in grain prices led to an economic downturn that affected the entire United States, which Buchanan chose to ignore. This financial slump ended several years later, but the consequences exacerbated other issues in the U.S., especially the tensions between the North and the South. In 1965, Clair Cameron Patterson published a scientific paper identifying the problem of lead contamination in humans and the environment due to leaded gasoline. To his surprise, he found that the gasoline industry, the government, and even much of the scientific community did not jump to eliminate lead from gasoline. In fact, it was an uphill battle for Patterson against several powerful corporations to initiate the phaseout of leaded gasoline. The two situations listed above may seem to be completely unrelated to each other, and that is generally an accurate assessment. However, both circumstances have a similarity in that they are issues with roots in economics. The phenology of vertebrates was greatly altered by the mass extinctions and catastrophes that have occurred in history and still have an effect on vertebrates today. The main hypothesis for the global climate change following mass extinctions, particularly the Cretaceous Paleogene (KPg), is black carbon spread throughout the globe and altered solar radiation to create a system of global cooling (Kaiho et al., 2016). The cooling of the Earth s temperature created a sudden drop in precipitation and a 50 60% decrease in sunlight following the impact of the asteroid (Kaiho et al., 2016).
