Reason for song choice – The reason for choosing the song “The Hunter” by Slaves is because it is
different.Itisnotthe type of song that people would expect you to pick to make a music video too
so we feel this gives us originality as a group. The song itself also allows us to use a performance
basedvideo whichwill workdue tothe people we canpossibly use to be in the band as they should
perform well and make it believable. Also, due to the song title and the lyrics “The Hunter” a side
storynarrative elementtothe videocanbe usedas well. Using amplification of the lyrics to portray
“The Hunter”as a character withinthe videowhohuntsdownpeopleandkillsthem.We feel it suits
the genre of punk as itis crazy and violentinitsself,butdue tothe song title it links to our ideas for
the video also. The main reason for this choice of this is due to inspiration took from the music
video “Time to dance” by Shoes being showed to us in class. The violent scenes within the music
