This document discusses how to process orders with multiple items on the Paytm Mall wholesale platform. It provides steps to filter wholesale orders, acknowledge all items in a multiple item order, pack and label items, generate a manifest for pickup, and track shipped and delivered orders. The key steps are to acknowledge each item, pack items in boxes and label with packing slips, enter box details to generate a manifest for pickup by the courier partner, and then track order status through the shipped and delivered tabs.

7. The order which contains more than 1 item ID is known as a Multiple Items order. It has common order ID.

Also, please remember that you have to pack as many boxes as you have mentioned in Step 8

16. Packaging slip – You have to
paste it outside the packaging

Retail Invoice –
You have to fold the invoice from the
centre so that the details are towards the
inside. The white side of the invoice
should be on the front
Insert the invoice in the invoice pouch
and paste the invoice pouch on the back
of the Paytm Mall corrugated box
If you are dispatching the product in/out
of a state where plastic is banned:
For order value > 50,000 – Paste the
invoice outside
For order value < 50,000 - Insert the
invoice in the package

This is a sample of the Packing Slip. You have to tear it into 2 parts
Note – It is mandatory to use the Paytm Mall retail invoice. Please do not use your own invoice
Also, ensure you use Paytm Mall packaging and guidelines or else the courier will not pick up the package

Note – If you generate the manifest before 12:00 pm, your order will be picked up on the same day and if you generate the manifest
after 12:00 pm, your order will be picked up till 6 pm (5 pm for Delhi/NCR) the following day
