product packaging!
While you process an order the seller panel will
recommend Paytm Mall branded packaging box best
suited for packing your product. The box is
recommended basis the weight and dimensions you
have updated in your catalogue.

4. • On the pop- up the product’s name, order & item ID gets visible.
• The System will recommend you the box codes (along with the dimensions) which are best suited to pack your products.
The codes mentioned are the codes which are printed on the Paytm Mall Packaging boxes.
• In case you want to order the recommended box, click on the code and place your order.
• Click on Confirm button to acknowledge the order. The invoice along with the packing slip will be downloaded.

5. Tear the packing slip as indicated :
Follow Paytm Mall packaging guidelines to pack your order. Once packed proceed to the next stage.
Packaging slip –
This is to be pasted outside/on- top of the
recommended packaging box
Retail Invoice –
• Fold the invoice from center so that the
details are towards inside & white side of
the invoice is in front
• Insert the invoice in the invoice pouch
and paste the same on the back of the
box
• If you are dispatching the product in/out
of a state where plastic is banned:
a) For order value >INR 50,000 paste
the invoice outside the box
b) For order value <INR 50,000 insert
the invoice in the package

6. Click on Request Pickup button if you are ready with the packed shipment and :
• Confirm the packaging box you used
• Download the manifest
Once the packaging slip is downloaded your order moves to the next stage called Request Pickup.

7. Select the Packaging Box which you
used to pack this order
in case the box used is other than the recommended
one(s), Select “Other Packaging Box” and select the box
from this dropdown
Clicking upon Request Pickup button, opens another pop-up:

8. If you have used packaging box other than the ones
available in the dropdown, select Other
Enter the dimension of the box you used to pack this
order and click Update. Once updated, Click OK, which
will download the manifest

9. • Name of the courier partner assigned to deliver this order
• Order details along with the AWB number
• Total number of shipments needed to be handed over to the courier partner under this manifest
Manifest is a document which is generated post requesting a pickup of the order(s).
It contains these details:
Points to remember:
• If you generate the manifest before 12:00 noon, your order will be picked up the same day by 6 pm (5 pm for Delhi/NCR)
• If you generate the manifest after 12:00 noon, your order will be picked up the next day by 6 pm (5 pm for Delhi/NCR)
• Always take two copies of the manifest. Both the copies should have your and the courier personnel signature on it
• Handover one copy to the courier and keep one with you for your reference
• The order is marked as Shipped once the shipment is scanned by the courier partner for dispatch
