In this module, we will discuss :-
1. How to process an order having multipleitems?

How to filter your Wholesale (B2B) orders?
Click on the Orderstab Select the Wholesaleoption
Steps to filter Wholesale (B2B) orders -

Here,you can check all your Wholesale (B2B) orders -
Note - Toknowmore about the Orders tab, clickhere

Here you can check the name of the product

Here you can check the description of the product

Here you can check the status of the order

Here you can check the quantity of the lot which you need to ship
Eg. In this example ordered quantity is5, so here you need to ship 5 quantitiesof the lot of 5 packs

Ship By – Here,you can check the shipping deadline (by which the order should be marked as shipped) of the order

There are five stages of single order processing
Theorder is shipped fromyourwarehouse
Shipped4.
Acknowledge andpack theorder
Confirm and Pack1.
Theorder is delivered to the
customer
Delivered5.
Download themanifestslip by clickingon
the RequestPickuptab
Request Pickup2.
Theorder is moved to the ‘To handover’
stage till it’s picked up

Multiple items order processing

The order which contains morethan one item ID is known as a Multiple Itemsorder. Ithas a common Order ID.
How to identity an order having multiple items?

How to process an order having multiple items?
Click on the Orderstab Click on the Confirm & Pack tab
Steps to process an order having multiple items -

Here,we havetaken theexample of a Multiple Itemsorder which has two Item IDs.
Click on Pack for the1st item

Click on the Confirm tabto acknowledge the order

Click on cross icon

Click on Pack for the2nd item

Enter the total number of boxes/polybags being used
for packaging (numeric value only)
For example,wehave taken 5 boxes here
Check these boxes
Note – If theordercontainsany moreitemIDs, you haveto acknowledgeallthemfirst and then follow this step

Click on Confirm,
The packing slips will be downloaded in your system
The number of packing slips downloaded willbe equal to the number of boxes submitted by you

This is a sample of thePacking Slip. You have to tearit into 2 parts.
Note – Itismandatory to use the Paytm Mall retail invoice.Please do not use your own invoice.Also,ensure you adhere to the Paytm Mall packaging guidelines or else the courier will not pickup the
package

a. Packaging slip– You have to paste it outside/top
of the packagingbox
b. RetailInvoice –
You have to fold the invoice from the center so that the
details are towards the inside, the white side of the
invoiceshould beon the front
Insert the invoice in the invoice pouch and paste the
invoice pouch on the back side of the Paytm Mall
corrugated box
If you are dispatchingthe product in/outof a state where
plastic is banned:
For order value> 50,000 – Pastetheinvoiceoutside
For order value < 50,000- Insert the invoice inside the
package

Note – Itismandatory to use the Paytm Mall retail invoice.Please do not use your own invoice.Also,ensure you adhere to the Paytm Mall packaging guidelines or else the courier will not pickup the
package

Packaging guidelines-
• You need to pack the same number of packets as
you have mentioned while generating the packing
slip
• Itis mandatory to usePaytmMalltape
• Pack your products densely in the corrugated
boxes/polybags
• You can usegunny bagto avoid pilferage
• You are advised to keep video recordings of your
packages whilepackingthem forfuturereference
• Ensure that there is not any
Damaged/Wrong/Missing item in the shipment, in
case buyer raises a return request and same is
approved, then you will have to bear the reverse
logistics charges aswell

Your order movesto ‘RequestPickup’,fromwhere you will download the Manifest.
Note –Request Pickup onlywhen your order is ready to ship
Click on the Request Pickup tab

Click on Request Pickupbutton

Click on Ok button
The manifest will be downloaded in your system

This is a sample Manifest which contains the details of your courier partner.You needto print two copies of the manifest
Here, you can see the name of your courier partner
Note – Ifyougenerate the manifest before 12:00 pm, your order will bepickedup the same day and if you generate the manifest after 12:00 pm, your order will bepickeduptill 6 pm (5 pmfor Delhi/NCR)

Here, you can see the Order details with the AWB number of each box and the
count of the boxes as well
the following day

The merchant signature and the courier signature are required on both the copies
of the manifest
the following day

Here, you can see the total number of shipments
the following day

Click on More
To viewyour shipped orders, follow these steps -
Click on the Shippedtab
Here, you can check all your shipped orders
Note –You will bepenalized if the order does not get marked as Shippedwithin the given timelines. For more details, clickhere

To viewyour deliveredorders, follow these steps -
Click on the Delivered tab
Here, you can check all your delivered orders

How can you download duplicate copies?
In case you havelost your packing slip or manifest before shipping, you can generatetheirduplicates by going on To
Handovertab:
Click on the To Handover tab Here, you can download your
duplicatecopies
