MOTIVATION
SAFETY INCENTIVE SCHEME
Reinforcing safe behavior in the minds of employees,
by means of positive motivational schemes, is a vital
factor in any management system to sustain their
interest. The employees have to be given with a clear
message that if they work safely on a consistent basis,
it will be noticed and recognized, although working
safely is a condition of employment. And a climate has
to be created to make the employees realize that
working unsafely is not worth the risk taken and the
probability of getting noticed while working unsafely is
very high.
