3. MOVING AVERAGE :
The moving average is perceived to be the dividing line between a stock that is technically
healthy and one that is not. Furthermore, the percentage of stocks above the moving
average helps determine the overall health of the market.
Many market traders also use moving averages to determine profitable entry and exit
points into specific securities.
MOVING Average gives help in finding reference position of current situation. At some
place, it is used as confirmation of the trend in markets to take position in stock market.
There are many kind of moving average work at different time frame accordingly. Like
exponential moving Average (EMA), etc. Some moving average take 15 cycle of time
frames. Some 15 volume based weightage of time frames and many possibility of
combinations.

4. Many times we check moving average crossovers too, as it helps in finding the change of market trends .We take 13 and 26 time frame,
whenever 13 crosses 26, we speculate that it will going to change trend.
So overall its working for finding direction and finding when trend changes too.

1.The most basic moving average is the Simple Moving Average. Traders will use quite a few different input periods for moving average
for a number of different reasons.
2.The most common moving average is the 200 period MA, and many traders like to apply this to the daily chart.
