Customer is a God for any business in world. If customer is happy with your product or services, business
runs good. If customer is unhappy with your product or services, business had to survive and drive into
downward.
It means we need to follow customer, more than follow - we need to understand customer. There are many
statistical and scientific tools to measure and analyze customer day to day life and it is the key.
Business these days hiring decision science and marketing students from multiple graduation colleges for
this kind of task.
That’s why we added this course into our academy, because we understand value of this subject.

We can understand from perspective of NOKIA and SAMSUNG.
Nokia was famous and large population took their mobiles. But after some time Nokia did not
followed/understood – psychology of customers in aspect of changing their behavior and need.
Same time Samsung understood aspects of customer behavior in advance and they developed robust technology and
innovated way for future market of Mobile phone.
We have any examples like this and compare, whosever researched on customer behavior – they always successful.
Great people said–it is easier to become number 1 in business, but staying at number 1 is most difficult part, it was
clearly mentioned customer is everything for any business.
These days IT companies build their CRM (like Oracle CRM, Zoho CRM, Sales force, etc..) and implement on client side
and they require people who understand CRM with depth for all over world projects at Big to Small MNC’s.
CRM is not a rocket science but its more behavioural science in which we try to understand from every perspective
include statistical. We try to quantify every thought and try to build statistical understanding to take right decisions.
Big Data is future and CRM is base for Big Data. It’s a huge opportunity and next coming booming field.
